The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village West
The place looked alright and I asked them if I would be denied because I have no credit and they said they wouldn’t deny me because of that. So I turned in the application with the fee than a couple weeks later I got denied because I didn’t have credit so they lied to me and they was just after the 50 dollar application fee. They r greedy people.
I've lived in many apartments and this one is by far the best I've lived in. The staff are professional, maintenance shows within hours. They spray for pests quarterly, I've never seen a roach or mouse. Landscape is also maintained well. They fill potholes regularly. Appliances and hardware aren't very old at all. Windows are maintained. Nothing is painted shut. There is no one above or below, i have never heard a peep from anyone. The only reason I don't give 5/5 is of the lack of central air. It also gets very cold in the winter here although the heaters do work fantastic, almost too well. Betty in the front office is a delight to interact with and very helpful.
The owners are great, they take pride in their places, location is ideal, apartment was very clean before I moved in. Neighborhood is quiet.
