With the spectacular mountain views and the Spokane River winding through downtown, Spokane is one of the most picturesque college towns in America. It is home to Gonzaga University and Washington State University-Spokane, giving this already energizing city a youthful spirit. Just spend an afternoon at Riverfront Park -- a gorgeous spot that features Spokane Falls and part of the 37-mile Spokane River Trail -- and you'll be very glad you moved to a Spokane apartment.
Of course, it's more than a spectacular landscape that provides opportunities for hiking, camping, river-rafting, and fishing that draws new residents to Spokane. The city is considered an economic and cultural hub of the region, and it is the county seat of Spokane County. It is very close to Fairchild AFB, Northern Quest Resort and Casino, and Spokane International Airport.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village Square
We have lived here going on 3 years and by far it is the best rental we have been in. The management of a complex can either make or break a rental living experience. The grounds are always clean and they take pride in keeping it this way. I haven’t had many issues, but when I’ve needed Maintenance they were done timely and thoroughly. Very quiet environment and locally accessible to bus lines, and shopping. I recommend our apartment homes highly !
Me and my now fiancé got this apartment when we first graduated from high school in 2018. It seemed like a good option at the time for a decent price, but between the crime and the very unresponsive apartment manager, it’s not a good option now. The manager would not install any form of security when people’s cars would get keyed or broke into (mine and my fiancé’s have combined been broken into 3 times now), so I took actions into my own hands and installed them in my 3rd floor unit. Also the very limited parking for the rear apartments is very frustrating. There is only 3 parking spots and a handicapped spot in the rear to share between 3 buildings. You have to hope their is a garage to rent otherwise you’ll be waking from the front of the complex to your apartment in the back if you have more than one vehicle. I would try and steer clear if you can other wise treat this as a last resort.
