I have lived at Village on Grand for quite some time. I have had a lot of “landlords” within my time being here, but Dana is different not only does she have a heart of gold, but she listens to feedback and goes above and beyond for her tenants: she is not just a landlord, she becomes family. You will not be disappointed.
The two bedrooms are a nice size and the design makes it easy to host my family when they come to visit. It’s also such a great location .
This apartment complex is so nice. I have new windows, carpet, and an air conditioner. It’s so affordable compared to the other apartments on Grand and Ingersoll. I love living here with my dog.
This is a great place to live and it is close to every thing I need, my work, grocery store, restaurants, and bars. I can literally walk anywhere. It’s friendly and quiet at night.
New ownership is fantastic!! No management company! Each unit is fully remodeled, secured buildings, private parking. Great place to live, overall, close to everything and feels like home.
