The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The property is amazing to raise a family in I would tell them this is a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and safe they have an amazing maintenance crew also the homes are spacious and well designed and the fact that you can pick a color for your accent wall is wonderful. Last but not least the leasing property manager is very professional and always answer your questions in a timely manner Jessica Pollom is the best rental manager I seen in a long time. Resident that plan to stay Mia G.
I have lived here for a year and haven't had any issues. If I need maintenance Jessica gets everything taken care of within 48 hours if not sooner. -Jenn Jaworski
It's wonderful, the rent is very affordable and you get more than what you’re paying for. The three bedroom unit I live in is spacious and offers plenty of room to entertain my friends and family and the amenities included are wonderful. The staff that works for the property are kind and very attentive to your needs or concerns. The up-keep on the property is A plus. The maintenance team is absolutely outstanding and quality of work and response time are suburb I would recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice 2 or 3 bedroom home that wants to live in quiet neighborhood and believes customer service is as important as I do.
