Village Highlands offers a Great Apartment Value in a well-maintained community located just off the Langford Parkway. MARTA route 162 has a stop at the property entrance, and the Lakewood-Fort MacPherson train station is just a seven-minute drive. We’re close to the thriving social scene in West End Atlanta, and we’re just a fifteen-minute drive in normal traffic from downtown Atlanta. You’ll need a credit score of at least 600, but your security deposit will be fully refundable and will range from $400 to one month’s rent, depending on your credit score. Unlike some other apartment communities, we have no upper limits on your income. Pets are welcome with an additional $500 refundable security deposit. Situated just inside the perimeter on the southwest corner of Atlanta, East Point is a small city ideally positioned for commuters. Virtually anywhere else in the Atlanta area is easily accessible by car or MARTA service, both bus and rail. The area along Main Street near the MARTA station is a bustling hub of restaurants, nightlife, and arts venues. East Point is also home to the Dick Lane Velodrome, a unique bicycling racetrack offering classes for all ages in addition to competitions. I been living here since 2020 and I have to say Ms. Keisha and Jameson are the best management team! The entire team is the best, work orders are done same day or asap and I love that! I love it here it’s been a good experience.
I was apporve for a two bed room this month and so the process as been pretty good the staff is wonderful Ms. Erin is so nice and helpful even the astt. manager, ill be back in a few months to a yr to give a update.
If you decide to move here I recommend you to talk to Amber and Treyvon. Great personalities & they make sure you’re taking cared of. Thanks again !
No peace and quiet inside your own apartment...Walls and ceilings are paper thin...Management is horrible...Looks are very deceiving...Once you get to the back of the apartments it looks like a war zone...They only keep the front area clean....I can’t wait to get out of this lease...Worst apartment I have ever lived in...Don’t Do it!
Nice family area, comes with washer,dryer. Play area and swimming Poole for kids. On Marta bus line. Great maintenance system. A great place to call home.
most importantly everyone in the office is pleasant and maintenece will solve any issues the same day.
