Village Green Apartments

These apartments have went downhill. Management SUCKS!!!!! Maintenance takes 15 years to get to your problem and don’t know what they’re doing. We had a stair that was broke, it took them 6 months and several complaints to finally replace it and there are plenty more broken stairs. My downstairs neighbor keeps calling my phone and complaining about a leaky roof due to my bathtub being directly overhead. Maintenance still has yet to realize that the problem is not my tub but the fact that her ceiling has a hole in it. They nearly damaged my tub speculating that it was the problem. There are no comfortable lunge chairs near the pool and it is barely open in the summertime. People who aren’t residents gladly take up the space and comfort the pool provides and management seems to not care. We residents have to call the police in order for something to be done.

This spacious apartment feels like a home. There are lots of storage space along with a private balcony. These apartments have affordable 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms with 1, 1.5, or 2 bathrooms. The grounds are kept up with nicely and the office staff is always there when you need them. If you have a maintenance emergency, maintenance is usually at your apartment within the hour. These apartments have an 8 foot pool with comfortable lounge chairs and tables. Our neighborhood is like a big happy family.
