Property Ratings at VILLAGE DRIVE APARTMENT HOMES
I stayed in these apartments for 6 years with my family and I had wonderful time there. Very clean and wonderful office team. The apartment compound is very spacious and no problem for parking. Maintenance is done right away once you call the office. I recommend this place to everyone!!!
I rented a two-bedroom apartment at last year, and when I was looking at the apartment, I clearly told the agent in the office that I needed to rent for a year. But on the day of moving in, when I loaded my things into the U-Haul and prepared to move in, she called me and said that I could only rent for half a year because I was not sure if it would be available after half a year. I was very angry at the time, because if she had told me at the beginning, I would consider other places. This behavior caused me to move again after half a year, but I was about to move in at the time, so I had to agree. After moving in, the two available parking spaces promised to us were reduced to one, and every time we needed maintenance help, their maintenance team would be very unhappy, complaining all the time and coming very slowly every time. This made my six months really painful for me.
I initially 1st lived here from 2015-2019 and it’s always been great! When I first moved here it everything was newly painted and new carpets, oven, and dishwasher, this was all in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. I moved back here in 2023 and it was a different apartment and better too! This one is a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was better! I guess the tenant before us had been here a while because they redid everything so getting the apartment fresh was a great plus, the layout is bigger and more convenient for my family. Maintaince is pretty active and they keep making improvement to the outside which amazing for the property. They’ve continued to make improvements to the laundry rooms and pool improvements as well.

I have officially lived here over 1 year now, and I must say that I've not had many problems of course you may have your maintenance request, but over all the staff are great and polite. Parking could be a problem for visitors but honestly their rules are simple and clear to follow and I haven't had any concerns. I like the community, and I like the complex. Great job Village Drive!! Continue to operate in excellence.????
I've lived here in 3 different occasions and has progressively gotten worse. The management lost it's only got asset recently leaving people behind with no education but abundant arrogance. As of late they are trying to "revamp" the outside but don't let that fool you. The parking is a mess, their pool and spa facilities are disgusting and constantly close and the laundry rooms are deplorable. When it comes to the actual apartments the rooms are tiny. The bathrooms tinier still with busted pluming. The kitchen counter and storage space is basically nothing. They won't bother changing old carpets "because they are not luxury apartments" which is an actual quote from management. To top it all off the area has also gone downhill unsupervised kids everywhere, pot smells around the corner, people jumping the fences. All in all this apartment is not worth the money. DON'T DO IT.
Love this complex wonderful management and the the maintance are always on top of things always gets fixed on time
