Property Ratings at Village Crossing
Management is nice. Place is quiet and clean. No pests or garbage. Bit over priced for a place with no amenities, but everything is overpriced nowadays. Will be doing renovations so beware of the noise and inconvenience. Overall a good move, but you can find something better for the price range.
The property is okay. The management office never answers the phone despite two always in the office. The rent prices don’t match the apartment amenities. The apartments are also super outdated.

This is a nice and quiet community. Close to 95 with no highway noise. The service team is very prompt with any request and always kind. The lake view is peaceful and a real plus!

Village Crossing is a beautiful small community. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very nice apartments and wonderful staff that are very helpful. Really loving clubhouse for my workouts and perfect for family parties. The location is great as they are many places to eat and shop nearby. I highly recommend choosing Village Crossing as your new place to live. You won't have any regrets.

To Whom It May Concern. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you all, of such a fantastic staff you have here at Village Crossings. I have been a resident at Village Crossings for the past 13 years. My experience living here has been incredible. The complex here has such a great pool, exercise unit, bar and grill by the pool area, beautiful lounge chairs, cabanas. The staff in the office, are extremely professional, with empathy and compassion and are always trying to help each and everyone that comes through the office. Sarai in the front office, is such a lovely young lady with an awesome smile, professional and willing to help everyone. Tamika the office manager is also such a delight as well, going beyond her call of duty. Rafael and Johnny from maintenance are professional and on key point, making sure that all the apartments in the complex are functional, and that all the amenities are working properly. Village crossing is a decent place to live. The only major downfalls are parking is scarce and the upkeep is starting to slack . New management has taken over and they are trying to fix certain things to get the neighborhood back to what it used to be. It is a pretty safe area and the pool and gym is 24 hours.
I've been living in this apartment for a little over a month and I have to say this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. It is located close to the interstate and is in the middle of a bustling area perfect for young adult, but even amidst the hustle and bustle that comes with living in a large city, this complex is very quiet. I have had no issues with the HOA or the neighbors and never hear other people. It's perfect!!
On our move-in day, we knew we had made the right decision. Upon unlocking the front door for the first time, our eyes followed the stunning hardwood floors to the very spacious balcony overlooking an exquisite golf course decorated with towering palm trees and a pristine lake. All of this plus the adept staff make living here always a pleasure.
I was in such a rush to find a place to live. Based off of all the apartments I found, Village Crossing was great for me. Spacious apartment, washer/dryer included in unit and I have a beautiful lake view!
