The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village at Tradition
This location should be avoided at all costs. My personal experience with trying to obtain lease information has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out via email and voicemail, I have received absolutely no response after waiting a painstaking 72 hours. It is clear that the lack of communication and responsiveness from this establishment is a red flag. I strongly advise you to explore other options, as if this is the level of communication before signing a lease, one can only imagine the difficulties that will arise when dealing with the managers afterwards.
People at the office wouldn’t even grab daughters presents (a package) when I was away for Christmas. People asking me to sell them weed in the hallways, flooding in the halls. Paper thin walls and kids creaming in the halls constantly. Super small space. Had to get rid of my couch. Not worth the price.
I have been here for a year now with my family and can say I still absolutely love it here. It's peaceful and quiet. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful whenever needed. We just renewed our lease for another year. So glad to be a part of this community.
amazing place, 10/10 for sure! Felt very welcoming from the very beginning! From the staff, appearance, smell and apartment of course; I knew immediately where I would be applying. I finally moved in last week and I have zero complaints.
Apartments super small, although new definitely done cheaply because multiple appliances, washer, dishwasher (multiple times) microwave and a/c had problems and needed maintenance to service, cabinet doors fell off multiple cabinets, pool closes for no reason, garbage is always overflowing in dumpsters, staff not helpful. I could go on, not secure or safe, front gate always open, anyone can enter at anytime of day or night. Just not worth it, surprised a nice area like Tradition would even allow an apartment complex like this to be built.
If I could give no stars I would . This place is a joke do ur research before making a comment to stay somewhere because it’s easy to move in. Nobody picks up after they dogs , walls are paper thin, & the apts are so small it feels like you’re staying in a studio/hotel. The trash is always over full and tons of furniture outside. I’m so disappointed because I thought these were so nice.
