I love our community it’s peaceful lots of families it’s convenient and I feel really safe in my community.
I recently moved to this property and it has been so amazing. The staff are helpful and friendly and the community is amazing. Response times are quick and they are always available. My kids and I enjoy it here and are happy to call it our home for now.

The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and feature modern amenities that make living here a pleasure. The management team is responsive and always willing to help with any issues or questions. The grounds are beautifully kept, and I love the sense of community here. It's also conveniently located near shopping, dining, and parks, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. I highly recommend Village at Pioneer Park to anyone looking for a great place to live!
It’s been amazing having a dog door and also a little patch of my own for my dogs. I cant always trust others but knowing at my apartment I have a safe off leash space for my pup is something you can’t get anywhere else!
The minute I walked into the leasing office the ladies were so welcoming!! Made my move in so easy and understanding. Even since I lived here seeing the maintenance guys ride around on the golf carts. They greet my kids and dog like family of their own!
My partner and I really enjoy living here. The office staff is amazing and quick to respond. Maintenance always gets to our work orders in a timely manner! We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.

I have lived here for 2 years now and I can honestly say I love it. It’s so nice having ask of my rent (minus electric) wrapped up in one package. I also really enjoy the living space, it’s big and inviting with a small backyard. I don’t feel like this is apartment living, it feels like a home. This did used to be fields so we get a lot of crickets, but the property will spray for you as long as you ask to be on the list. The other thing I’ll say is during rush hour avoid the main entrance and just breeze out the east or west exits:)
The staff is always kind and helpful it was super easy applying and moving in was a breeze and just feel comfortable and secure here.I always recommend this place to friends and family.
Village at pioneer park is the most gorgeous spot in peoria next to Westgate and park west. The apartment complex offers very good package with up to date appliances. Staff is tremendous. Maintenance moves very fast and efficient. They have many events for residents and children. The leasing office is very understandable as well.
Cannot rave about this complex enough! The homes are amazing and the staff, office AND maintenance are even more amazing!
This was my first time moving out on my own and I was very nervous. The staff made the transition for incredibly easy. The places are clean and modern. The staff is responsive when I needed. Not to mention that the community is always looking out for each other. It’s nice to know there is still good people in this world !
We moved in two months ago and instantly fell in love with the property! Management really takes care of the place and they were very welcoming during move-in. We even got some gifts from them!

We moved here without visiting blindly from Washington DC. It was the best decision ever. The staff is friendly and helpful and there’s almost no employee turn over which I feel speaks volumes. The maintence issues are handled fast. The prices are reasonable and the quality is there. I am so happy we made the choice to live here, I have legit zero complaints!
I've been here for 2 years, one of the first to move in, as this place isn't much older than 2 years. Not only are the grounds kept nice, maintenance has always come out within 24 hours to change my air filters or my water filters in my fridge, it has great amenities and works really well for having a pet....There is a doggie door in each apartment, a dog spa, and a dog park, love the ladies in the office, but most importantly, I love how everyone that lives here is such a community... "real neighbors" type living that's hard to find anymore. And did I mention the community gardens throughout the neighborhood 10 out of 10 for sure.
Love all the amenities offered here. The dog park and pool are both walking distance from our place. No issues finding parking. Office staff is amazing! 4 stars because of some miscommunication surrounding costs when we applied. We asked for an estimate of the various bills, and namely the electricity bill came out to three times the cost she estimated (it's summer, but this is outside the margin of error). The way utilities are packaged are also quite strange (it may work out in your favor, just not for us!).
Staff is friendly and efficient! A safe and friendly community! Would definitely recommend to our friends!
The staff at village are very quick to respond and very professional! The community is always well kept and beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi is always clean and taken care of. Any maintenance requests are handled so fast and with the best quality! I’ll definitely be renewing!
I have enjoyed residing at the VPP. The staff is attentive and greets you as they maintain the units and beautiful grounds. They are genuinely vested in the upkeep, peace, and safety of our Village. They respond quickly to any issues. And they engage with the Villagers.
Office staff is great, it’s clean, neighbors are friendly and mindful I’ve never had a single issue here. I plan on being here for more years to come. I recommend everyone to give this place a chance. You will not be let down. I can’t give enough praise
Me and my boyfriend have lived here for two years now and have nothing but good things to say! Everytime we put in a maintenance request it’s gotten done that day or first thing the next. The office is always super helpful with questions and we’ve even rented out the clubhouse for our baby shower and it was a simple and easy experience. It’s a beautiful complex right next to westgate entertainment district so a bunch of fun things to do plus the bowling alley is walking distance! Every unit also has smart home technology so it has a doorbell camera and security system! We love the dog wash station and dog park as well All around a great place to live
I really enjoy living here! All maintenance & leasing office personnel are quick to help with any and all issues. Smart home living is the best for controlling home features. There’s an app to open each gate upon entry so you don’t have to wait to key in your code. Great middle location for going to stores/restaurants off of P83 & Westgate with a large family community park right outside the community, high recommend!

Walking into the space, you almost instantly feel like home, the ceilings are high the kitchen and entire place has excellent tech package and have a spacious outdoor space for you, your guests and your animals. What I love about this place is the events that go on, how the neighbors look out for each other and how safe it feels with the gates.
There is nothing Perfect but the staff here makes this living experience well worth the stay. The maintenance has been nothing but great & punctual on getting things done. The highlight for me is the TO Die for Swimming Pool, gives me that luxury living feeling. Check the Swimming Pool out, and thank me later. They also do fun things which is appreciative. And again the Staff is Phenomenal. If I had something to complain about it would probably be Amazon not delivering to ppl units & that has nothing to do with the office. Hope this review was insightful for potential residents.
We moved in to the community in November of last year. The move in process was so simple and the office staff were absolutely helpful with any questions we had during the process. We have since had no issues in getting things handled when we do have questions about anything! We love how easy it is to reach staff and how well taken care of the property is. The neighborhood is very friendly and using the community app to talk to other residents has been so useful! I love that there's a pet section to set up pet play dates for our Fur babies and I use the Marketplace section to find great deals and lots of good food. The office holding events for holidays and doing gatherings is also such a great idea since we do not like to travel much on holidays with traffic and such! Thank you to everyone in the office and maintenance for all you do!!!
Since my wife and I first entered this place, it has felt like our home. The first thing that impresses is the treatment of all the employees, the second is the organization and cleanliness of all its areas and the third but perhaps the most important thing is the security and tranquility of the place. We are proud to have found our home here. It is beautiful for people like us who come from another country to feel at home and family, we find that here. Now we have a big, big problem and that is: We never want to leave!!! This residence will be highly recommended by us today and always. Thank you!!!
Living here at the village has been absolutely amazing. The staff here are so kind, work diligently to help resolve any issues. The apartments are beautiful!!!! We love it here.
The amenities of a gym, pool, and hosting area are amazing enough. But being next to a park and so close to the highway for easy on and off are even better! My wife moved here while I wrapped up my work in Milwaukee and once I saw all the features and amenities, it took a huge worry off my mind as I wrapped up my work to move to her. Plus, the admin team have been very responsive to our maintenance requests.
I really enjoy living here! I viewed similar places around the area, but out of all of them, this one stood out the most. The staff has been amazing, immaculate community and well-built units, and I feel more like a home than an apartment. I moved from central Phoenix to the suburbs for a slower pace of life, but I am still close to a lot of entertainment if I want it.
This place is so well kept and the leasing people are so helpful. My work orders are always done the same day I submit them. I plan on living here for a really long time!
I have nothing bad to say about this community. They are awesome. You won't regret moving here.
Really happy with the new homes. Also groundskeeping is always so fast. Trash is always picked up on time love it.
