Not what it used to be!!!
We have lived at matterhorn for 4 years and it really has gone down hill. When we first moved in management was always in the office and so helpful, now it's a surprise if the office is opened and if someone is in there. Years ago the parking lot was always plowed and well taken care of, nowadays the parking lot is very dangerous and icy due to not being plowed or salted. For what we pay in rent this stuff should be taken care of!! However, I do have to say the location is awesome and the secure building is a plus.

DON'T LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS
This place is great! It's a shame that someone would give this place a bad review. The management team here is SO HELPFUL. Everyone is so friendly and they always take my phone calls even if its for something minor. Love the neighborhood and love the building too!

Diamond in Duluth
It's tucked away in the woods while everything you need is a few blocks away. Great place to call home. It feels safe and like a true community. I love it.
