Property Ratings at Village at Gantz Meadows 7131
They charge outlandish prices for both their 1 and 2 bedroom condos (well above current market) and will only treat you well until you have signed a lease. Renters beware.
We lived her briefly. At first glance it was nice and we needed the garage for storage. The draining from the unit is terrible. We had a small pond in front of our unit every day. They would come by monthly and fill it with mulch - it never helped. And the bugs... ugh. Granted, they were always dead because part of the rent goes to them spraying for bugs. Huge, disgusting bugs. Even had 2 dead bugs fall out of the recessed lighting. There is no dog park, so there is no real benefit. All other apartments in the area have dog parks. There are open areas where they could put up a fence; but they haven't. You cannot take your dog off of a leash to run because other pet-less tenants immediately text the management. No office on site - everything is through text. It is so overpriced for what it is - and you are in Grove City! The noise from the freeway is nonstop. I would recommend for a short-term situation if there was nothing else available.
