I lived there with my wife and dogs for 2 years. Never had problems with getting maintenance. Property manager was always available to help solve any issues or concerns, and was always friendly to us (especially the dogs). Amenities were great and the community was welcoming.

I'm into my second year here and really happy with the place. The apartment is new and well thought out, the amenities are great and I use them daily, common areas are cleaned regularly, and the one time I needed help with a chirping smoke detector maintenance was here within an hour. I'm sensitive to noise but neighbor sounds are muted and the wetland area out back means there are soothing nature sounds when the windows are open or I'm out on the balcony.

My first time living in a brand new property proved to be a great experience! Management was great and quick to fix any maintenance needs in my apartment. It was truly nice to not have to change a light bulb on my own. Just place a request and the property manager sends her staff quickly and follows up to make sure you are satisfied. Great building with lots of amenities and they even added a pickleball court as a great surprise for all. If I ever return to Wisconsin, I would definitely rent from this company again. Thanks LCM!

Excellent amenities such as an indoor pool, pickle ball court, gym, sauna, game rooms etc. Staff is amazing and super friendly! A shout out to Jori for everything! Building is clean and has fun modern finishes and apartment is spacious and very nice!
Just today WE Energies discovered a gas leak in the furnace in my apartment that has most likely been there since I moved in Sep 2022. There has been no concern at all from the property manager about how serious this could have been and how it has effected my health. I could write a book about how this went unresolved, but to summarize it what I am hearing from the property manager is that I did not report in the online portal so it is not their fault at all. For the most part it is a nice, new place. It had all the amenities I needed and in the location I was looking. But it is an apartment (I had not lived in an apt since college) so there is noise from neighbors, dogs barking, etc. Besides the gas leak my disappointment is about the petty rules and they are enforced and how they change. There are many rules which most are just common sense. But some are pretty petty (no wreaths on your door, like why?), only your vehicle can be parked in the parking spot that you pay are paying for (so if I'm going on a vacation and take my car my friend can not park their car in my spot, again why? Also, they can't park in visitor parking then either, because they can't do that for an extended period of time.) Also, they added additional fines to the lease after I signed it. They did it for everyone, but that is pretty rude. I'm assuming it is legal but still not great customer service. I basically feel like I am in a prison. I had more freedom living in a college dorm. Needless to say, I'm not renewing my lease! Oh and about that...once you submit the intent to vacate form they have the right to show your apartment Mon through Sun 10am - 6pm with a 12 hour notice. OK seems a bit much, but the kicker...you will be fined $50 if you deny a showing. I submitted my intent to vacate form almost 3 months prior to the end of my lease. I was told you do not have to leave your apartment during showings, but then you have a stranger interrupting your get together if you have one planned. I can't wait to move out.

We are truly sorry that your experience was not a good one. Regarding the gas leak, staff members had been in and out of the apartment in question to service submitted work orders and for routine maintenance, never experiencing the smell of gas. It was our property manager that detected a gas smell during her first time showing this apartment and immediately contacted the Resident, WE Energies and a HVAC vendor. We take situations like this very seriously and react promptly. We are sorry that you experienced noise while at the building. Excessive dog barking is dealt with promptly when we are notified of the situation. We have rules that are outlined within our lease that are listed for the good of all residents. We keep the common area hallways clear for security and safety reasons. Wreaths and floor mats in the hallways pose a fire hazard. Our parking lease agreement states very clearly that it is for the registered vehicle only. Management has the right of entry with 12 hours’ notice, in accordance with state law, unless it is an emergency situation. We work with our residents and are happy to reschedule if necessary. It is LCM’s policy to allow residents to stay during showings. It’s also a great opportunity for our prospects to gain candid feedback.
