Village at Fox Point

It’s great nice clean and peaceful… great community pet friendly and again very nice neighborhood.Definitely Recommend if your look for a great community this is it.

Besides the lack of space or storage in the apartments, this is a very quiet and safe place to live. Close to Jersey and Philadelphia. Close in distance to the Riverfront, Brandywine and Fox Point Park.

The Village at Fox Point offers a peaceful, tree-lined setting with convenient access to I-95 and downtown Wilmington. The apartments are spacious and the river views are a major perk. However, some units feel dated, and maintenance response times can be inconsistent. On-site amenities like the pool and fitness center are solid, but parking can get tight. Overall, it’s a decent value for the location, especially if you prioritize quiet surroundings and access to walking trails.

I just moved in and the application process and moving in process was very smooth and the leasing agent was very informative. The tour of prospective unit type was amazing. And then during move in, the leasing agent did a walk through.

This is a great community! It’s quiet, clean, close by 495/95 and local to downtown. The leasing office and maintenance teams are top notch.

It’s been comfortable so far. Good community as well as events the leasing holds for residents. Plenty of parking, current neighbors are nice

This is a very nice complex, friendly neighborhood. Love the pool. The gym and good equipment, I don't visit as much as I should haha. We feel safe out here, even on our nightly walks.

Any issues that arises, whether on the properties or internally with apartments I’ve experienced that management takes it seriously and make sure of successful resolution.

The groundskeepers truly keep the front of the development very pristine and when it comes to cleaning the lawns in front of your home, it looks so pretty and clean. I love the well kept lawns when the weather permits.

The staff there are fantastic and amazing! They helped my husband and I with a lot of questions and we're so kind and professional in reaching out to us for every question we had I made things possible for us to be a part Of Village box point. We feel like we already are part of the family thank you so much!

Great place for my retirement years. As I up in years able to walk and enjoy the landscape is beautiful and great place to get out for morning walk. Grateful to have wonderful understanding office staff have. My unit was upgraded love convenice of washer in dryer in unit not having to go out for laundry is a blessing my legs is not young I'm so blessed.I recommend to people I meet on my daily journey

I love this community. It has been a dream thus far. I can't wait until the Spring and summer season comes around. Trees and flowers blooming! Wow, that's going to be a wonderful sight. Also, to see the sun rise and the glare of the sun shine off of the water is amazing to me. I absolutely love it.

We llove living here. The landscape is beautiful. When it snows the crew is out here shoveling and salting immediately.,The trash butler is awesome. And we enjoy the pool in the sunner, i don’t even have to go to the beach, which I do not enjoy the ocean water or the sand or hotels ( which may have bed bugs) so we have the grill deck and the pool which is fabulous to me.

The staff are good and respond fast to issues with any living issues also clean and quiet neighborhood. Also Like the fact they constantly have events where ppl can get to know each other

I absolutely love living here! The complex is clean, safe, and well-maintained, which gives me great peace of mind. One of my favorite things about this place is how much effort the office puts into building a sense of community. They host fun events almost every month, where you can meet neighbors, play games, and just enjoy yourself. It’s such a unique and thoughtful touch that really sets this place apart. Maintenance is also fantastic—always helpful, responsive, and quick to address any concerns. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about making this a great place to live. I couldn’t recommend this complex enough!

I like the peace and quiet in this neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly and they do a good job with landscaping and making sure that the property is up kept I also enjoy the different events that the staff tried to make sure it’s very enjoyable for the residence here at Village At Fox Point.

Very beautiful family oriented community where you can let children play, walk your pets freely and feel safe- I would highly recommend it

We love where we live, it’s calm and we have a lot of things and parks near around. It’s a very complete neighborhood. Our apartment is really cozy and we have a nice view from our living room window.

I love it here. I just wish the rent didn’t go up each time I renew my lease. I would love to stay here but the jump each year is a lot in today’s world! However, I love it here.

From the very beginning of getting my community tour to moving into my new apartment, everyone in the office has been extremely helpful. This process has been so stress free which makes me happy.

I enjoy living here in every way. Management is always helpful and truly makes you feel part of the Village community. The maintenance crew is on top of any requested repairs and fixes the job right the first time. The community is friendly and polite, always offering a greeting and a smile.

Very quiet environment. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I would also like to add the screen doors would be a plus. In addition, I like that I have my own entrance to my unit.

Village at Fox Point is a great place to live - it has a friendly community feel to it. The amenities are fantastic (pool, two-floor fitness center, in unit washer dryer and dishwasher). The apartments are modern with fitted appliances. We have received wonderful/responsive service from the office staff and maintenance. It is also a beautiful place to have a walk around in!

Moved in at the end of June and have had zero complaints. It already feels like home to myself, my fiancé, and our pets. The location is nice, right near Bellfonte, and there’s many things to do. I feel as though I do more around here than I did at my previous house in Pennsylvania.

We have been at Village at Fox Point for a month now and are very pleased. The apartments have a modern look and feel with new appliances. There are great amenities including a pool and gym. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a quiet, peaceful community. The staff are responsive and kind and maintenance are very quick to respond. We would recommend this community based on our experience so far.

Village at Fox Point is a nice and quiet place to live. Staff are attentive and respond promptly 59 any concerns. The apartments are fairly modern with new appliances.

Community is well kept and clean. Office personnel is courteous and effective. Amenities are available and pool area is impressive. Community members are responsible regarding pet clean up to keep the grounds enjoyable for everyone.

I am absolutely satisfied with the exceptional professionalism of the Leasing agents. They are welcoming and receptive to customer needs. They know what “active listening” and customer service is all about!

Things are going well at the community. Any problems with maintenance(leaky sink, electrical problems) are fixed quickly. Very cute area. Seems relatively safe.

I recently relocated back to Wilmington, DE from PA. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Miss. N. in the main office walked me through the application process. Honestly, I did most everything online, and virtually. My space was everything I hoped for, and I am very comfortable now that I am all moved in. Big shout out to the maintenance team for being so very helpful as well. My home was clean and move in ready--everything works well so far. Thanks---"Happy Resident" the second time around!

Village at Fox Point is a nice and peaceful community and the homes are very comfortable! They regularly post community updates and inform their residents of any events or inspections coming up giving you plenty of time to prepare!

Staff is friendly and maintenance responds quickly and effectively. Other residents have so far been kind. I have greatly enjoyed living here.
