We’ve complained about the trash not being picked up a few times and then the squirrels getting in it causing trash to be everywhere outside. The bug issue is ridiculous, we constantly have bugs everywhere all the time, even after pest control sprays. There’s mold in the bathroom and we’ve been opening the window in the bathroom and in the hallway to make sure all the moisture leaves but it hasn’t been helping.

The community is quiet with some neighbors who are friendly. The trees and grass is up kept and is clean. It is a relaxing environment. The complex offers community events so the residents can get to know one another. Great place to live!

The apartment complex is nice. However, I wish there were more monthly events. I wish the pool opened at the beginning of the season instead of being open for a weekend and then closing again. Just to open up 2 weeks later. It would also be nice if majority of the community did not have to walk through wet grass to get to their car every morning and evening. Overall the housing is nice but some improvements would make this place amazing.

I absolutely love it here. It is a very clean, well kept community with genuinely nice residents. The amenities are FABULOUS! The staff is phenomenal! Good staff and a nice place to live for reasonable rates. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues which is greatly appreciated. The gym is clean and has nice equipment. Our Pool area has always been clear of trash and the pool has always been clean when I’ve been there.

Besides the lack of space or storage in the apartments, this is a very quiet and safe place to live. Close to Jersey and Philadelphia. Close in distance to the Riverfront, Brandywine and Fox Point Park.

This is a very nice complex, friendly neighborhood. Love the pool. The gym and good equipment, I don't visit as much as I should haha. We feel safe out here, even on our nightly walks.

The groundskeepers truly keep the front of the development very pristine and when it comes to cleaning the lawns in front of your home, it looks so pretty and clean. I love the well kept lawns when the weather permits.
