I just moved out of apartment 77 and I loved my apartment. Updated and nice . Great storage space. Quiet and neighbors are nice. I had no issues . Easy move in and move out and Jocelyn is great and helped me with anything I needed.! Parking is so much easier than other apartments and pricing is the same compared to others around!
Fill with cockroaches and bats all around property . Bad Management . Save your money and time . Find something better not worth it.
I highly recommend going anywhere else. I have lived here 3 years, same apartment and always paid my rent. My apartment flooded because the upstairs neighbors had a leak and I was forced to run equipment for a week to dry the carpets with a new born baby. Several fans and a dehumidifier... The manager then refused to give us any credit for the extra power usage. We wanted to replace our carpet in the living room because after 3 years it was pretty worn but they made us pay for the replacement and also said they would charge us to remove it when we left. I have seen more than a few managers, it comes from the top. There are many places to rent affordably in Sacramento, don't waste your time or money here.
We have a sweet and responsive management team whom I have known for years and have no desire to swap them out. That goes for the maintenance crew as well. When I had AC service done I did not go the next day to risk being hot they were so quick to have someone fix the issue. I live right by the bike trail. Taking a nap whether at the pool area or in your apartment is easy because of the quiet atmosphere. The location is ideal for me in that I do not have to drive a great distance across town to my work. This place is bang for the buck...Why move.
