We have only lived here for a short amount of time, however, we LOVE it so far. Our apartment is beautiful and quiet. The grounds are clean and well manicured.
Moved here 6 weeks ago and I couldn’t be more happy. This is a smaller complex, more of a country setting even though close to everything and very relaxing. They have a pool, gym, and it’s easy to walk around the buildings. Everyone is friendly. Brittany and Van are beyond helpful and Eddy couldn’t be more accommodating. Thank you for making my move here wonderful.

I have lived here for a year and half and am as happy as I was when I moved in. The apartments are beautiful, as well as the grounds. They keep the area very clean and are prompt when something is needing repair in the apartment. The ladies in the office are so sweet and we have cute little events at least once a month. Me being a single female living alone, I feel completely safe here and plan on staying until I purchase my own home. I love this complex and would recommend to anyone.
I found this apartment complex through my brother who currently lives here, and I can see why he likes it so much. It's a beautiful, well-maintained property just off of I-24 in Murfreesboro. The apartments are big with all the appliances I would want. Also, it's cheaper than a lot of comparable places in the Nashville area. The ladies in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful in every step of the leasing process.
After reviewing, researching, and driving all over Murfreesboro to find a home for my husband and I, I came across Elam Farms. What a gem of a find. Since we are moving from out of state, Mary Lee was an absolute pleasure to encounter and work with. Her professionalism, knowledge, and honesty was very much appreciated and helpful. She showed me around the community and I was able to do a tour of a few of the plans. I instantly fell in love with the floor plans and the amenities. A smaller gated community with top notch property management. I would highly recommend renting with Mary Lee and the Elam Farms community. We are very excited to be moving in November and meeting our new neighbors!
We have lived here for 1.5 years and I'm so glad that we chose this place. The facilities are well cared for and the staff is super easy to work with. Just to get an idea of the quality of service they offer; My kids and I were at the pool swimming and the office ladies brought out popsicles for all of us. They are always going above and beyond to make sure we feel right at home.
I moved her in June of this year and relocated from Austin Texas. The staff who manage the property are super helpful and attentive to resident concerns. I like that the apartments are right off the highway and are near many stores and shopping. I love that it is a smaller complex and it stays well kept. They are great size apartments and have updated kitchens, which I love so. It is a great area for my and my daughter in our new ventures in Tennessee.
The Village is a wonderful community. Well maintained, friendly neighbors and great accomodations like the pool and gym. Pricing is fair for the beautiful apartments and great customer service front he main office. Would recommend to absolutely anyone.
I moved here in May 2017 and I've loved living here. Management has always been so helpful and quick to respond. The location can't be beat as you're so close to town but also access to I-24 makes the morning commute so easy. The highest my electric has ever been was $55 because the buildings are so energy efficient. The community is very quiet and relaxed.
