Pearl is a rapidly growing city in Rankin County, located on the east side of the Pearl River. Residents living in Pearl enjoy being close to many family-friendly attractions, including those in neighboring Jackson.
Trustmark Park is the home stadium of the Mississippi Braves, which are part of the Minor League Baseball association. It’s an excellent spot to take the whole family, plus it is right next to the Outlets of Mississippi shopping center!
At the outlets - which make up the Riverwind Shopping District – brands such as Ann Taylor, Torrid, and Nike live here as do tons of restaurants. Just minutes from the district is the Mississippi Children’s Museum, which provides kids a fun environment where they can learn about science, art, and history.
On the weekends locals enjoy heading out to Zoological Park to visit the animal exhibits. Students of Jackson State University have only a short commute to class, making Pearl the ideal location for them.

Village At Crossgates has been great the past 2 years. Everyone at the main office is so nice and the maintenance guys get stuff done! The pool is kept clean, the trash compactor is kept empty and I noticed recently that a new light was added at the end of my parking lot.

I love living here! I had a horrible experience at my last apartment and moving here has been like night and day compared to it. The managers are so sweet and love to help you with anything. The maintenance people are quick to fix problems. The grounds are clean and quiet. The apartment itself is more like house feel. It’s so spacious! I’m going on my 5th year living hear and I’m still loving it. The location is perfect. The woodburning fire place is my favorite amenity (but the pool is great too). The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Property is well maintained.

I like living here. It’s quiet, front office staff members are friendly, they host events (pool parties, food truck days, etc.), and fix whatever problems you may have.

I moved here in may of 2020 and I have loved every second of it! Quiet place and the staff is absolutely amazing! come join us here if you want a good quiet place to live with friendly folks!

I have been living at this location for about 3 years now. The staff here is very friendly and always willing to help. I have not had many problems here just the normal stuff you expect to sometimes go bad. When I did have problem, it was fixed promptly. The neighborhood is nice, and it is in a good school district. The apartment community is very good at making sure that rules are followed and the property is kept clean. I would recommend this apartment complex......you just have to find one available!
