Excellent place to live! It’s very safe and there’s no crime. There’s plenty of parking and garages available. Maintenance works very quickly and with quality work. The managers and team members in the leasing office are always very helpful and professional. Overall I’m very satisfied living here and I would not hesitate to renew my lease!

My family had a few problems with our unit and when we reached out to the office staff about it and they seemed very unorganized. They don't ever follow through on what they say that they are going to do to solve the problems. Day after we moved into this apartment, we noticed that the gutter wasn't built right and every time it rains the water gets flooded up to our doorsteps. It's been over a month since we have requested about this issue and nothing has gotten done. The office manager told us the date that she will send the landscaping person to come take a look, but no show no call. I had to call the office again to find out that they are coming later that week. What kind of management doesn't have a courtesy to call back the tenants that have been waiting patiently over a month? I won't recommend this apartment to anyone.

I Can't for the life of me figure why you would use flat paint on the walls. If you have small kids steer clear you can't wipe anything off the walls without wiping the paint off the walls.
