The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village at Autumn Pond
We lived here for two years and loved the property. Very dog friendly, new appliances, beautifully landscaped, and lots of walking paths. Unfortunately some management hasn’t had a day of hospitality training. After moving out, our security deposit took three weeks to come back to us and was written incorrectly so we could not deposit it. We politely called to have it reissued and the assistant immediately had an attitude with us. After 5 minutes of belittling us, she hung up on us without offering a solution. Sad to say this isn’t the only issue that management has had with tenants, but definitely the most shocking since all we asked for was our money back. Keep searching unless you have the patience to deal with constant emails, multiple apartment checks, and rude secretary.
