One of the best rental values in Point Loma with awesome panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean & Mission Bay. Located high on bluff in a neighborhood of luxury homes, Villa Point Loma’s apartments are exceptionally large and offer over nine unique floor plans. All available apartments are freshly painted and have quality carpeting. There are imported ceramic tile floors in the entries, kitchens and bathrooms. The kitchens have breakfast nooks and faux granite look tile counters and a GE self cleaning electric oven with a built-in GE microwave oven. Light and plumbing fixtures have been upgraded. The bathrooms have marble counter-tops and feature large solid birch vanity cupboards. Bedroom has a generous wardrobe closet, a large walk-in closet plus extra linen cupboards. Newly installed Quieter Homes Program windows. Villa Point Loma has a sparkling swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. There is a community BBQ area. We have grass area for Bache Ball, horseshoes, badminton, Croquet, shuffleboard court and upgraded sauna rooms. The recreation room can easily accommodate 25 guests and has a fully equipped kitchen.
