Property Ratings at Villa Montana
Was fair pricing at the start. Ground keepers and front office are extremely nice. The problem I had was rent being raised about an average of $65 annually including an increase in water fees, garabge fees and pet fees. It just came down to being unreasonable and showed low integrity of the business especially during times like Covid-19.
I lived here for 7 years until I moved back east. Management is fantastic, maintenance is amazing, property is very well taken care of, and a fantastic location. Best value for the area as well!
My daughter and I have lived her for a few months and the office Staff is wonderful. Cheryl has been a pleasure to talk to anytime I stop in with a question. Shenea helped me complete my move in. Danielle is always following up to make sure everything is going okay. If you want staff that goes above and beyond, move in to this community.
Villa montana is a great place to live. The people who work there are always there to help and are willing to work with whatever your needs are. The apartments itself are very nice, I haven't had any compliants so far. Great location, close to grocery stores and great restuarants. Would recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area.
My wife and I have lived here for a while and we have really liked the environment. We like that we are close to a park and to various grocery stores. We appreciate the people who work here, they are always eager to help with anything. We would recommend anyone to live here.
This complex is well located just off a main thoroughfare and close - but not too close - to a major highway. There are groceries and shops within easy walking distance. The property is well maintained. In the 3 years I have lived here, they have replaced my older appliances with brand new ones. I wish the kitchen were bigger, but the other rooms are generously sized. The maintenance staff are excellent and the office staff are extremely helpful and follow through.
nice place when we moved in 4 yrs ago not so much now.
