Located halfway between Phoenix and Tucson, Casa Grande combines desert living with small-town atmosphere in the Sonoran Desert. The rental market currently shows average rates of $1,256 for one-bedroom units and $1,385 for two-bedrooms, with prices trending downward by approximately 7% over the past year. Housing options include garden-style apartments and single-family homes, particularly in areas near Interstate 10 and along Florence Boulevard.
Founded in 1879 during Arizona's mining boom, this historic railroad town maintains its heritage while embracing growth. Casa Grande Mountain Park provides hiking trails with sweeping desert views. The Francisco Grande Hotel & Golf Resort holds a special place in baseball history as the former spring training site of the San Francisco Giants. Downtown Casa Grande preserves its historic character with local businesses, while The Promenade offers additional shopping destinations.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Villa Granada Apartments
It’s a safe environment, and Marie keeps everything clean. When there is something wrong with the apartment, She’s always trying her best to get it fixed right away.
Villa Granada has always made it super easy to be a tenant at their complex, the management (Marie) is always super responsive, communicative and super nice and the owner too. I would move here again as I’ve lived there two separate occasions already.
I'm vary comfortable at this apartment Marie keeps it vary clean and safe to live here and she vary helpful when there a problem with the unit and it's in a convenience place to live close to school and stores
Villa Granada Apartments is a great place to live because it's a safe environment. The apartments are also managed really well day and night. The staff and management is always understanding, and willing to work with my situation. I am extremely thankful for being a resident at Villa Granada Apartments.
The ONLY plus to this place is that utilities are paid. They put a lockbox on the A/C so you can't change it, but at least they're paid. Now to the CONS. The apartment stinks. I didn't have a SINGLE work order completed. It is infested with bugs, no matter what they do to prevent it. The poor property manager does everything because they're unwilling to hire a landscaper, maintenance person, etc. I fought with them for 6 months to get a key to my own mailbox. I didn't lose a key. I never got one to begin with and had to keep at it for 6 months to get one. When I finally moved out, I got about a 1/4th of my deposit back due to "damages". Mind you, those damages existed when I moved in. I'm not even wasting my time with these people to get my money back. I'd rather warn others to stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place!!!!
