Midwest City is a medium-sized suburb located about eight miles east of Downtown Oklahoma City. This planned community sits directly north of Tinker Air Force Base, making it an ideal suburb for military personnel. Most of Midwest City consists of residential neighborhoods holding affordable apartments and single-family homes for rent.
There are many events, celebrations, and places of cultural interest in and around Midwest City. One event is the “Made in Oklahoma Wine, Beer and Food Festival” held annually in May. This event includes a motorcycle show, live music, food, and drinks from local vendors as well as an air show. For military buffs, there is a display of several retired Air Force Fighter Planes located on 29th Street across from the military base. Additional green spaces in town are located along Soldier Creek and provide playgrounds, trails, and picnic facilities.

I absolutely love it here.. know matter what you need the office manager Pam will help you with whatever you need ..it's very quiet and clean here ..I can say it's one of the best apartments in midwest city
I've lived in a few different apartment complexes around the Midwest City area and these are by far my favorite. Nice and quiet. Everyone is friendly. Property Manager keeps you in the loop on everything; from when the pool is opening, when the volleyball game starts or her free food and bingo game nights begin. This is a wonderful peaceful community! I may never leave!
Not great. Occasional cockroaches. They turn off water regularly and can't take shower. Quiet there and felt pretty safe. Could hear neighbors roller skating above me..? Old buildings and need some work.
I've been living at Villa Gardens almost three years. Very quiet community. Very nice neighbors. Couldn't ask for better living conditions.
Became a resident in April 2017, the maintenance team is great, they go above and beyond to help and repair any items needed. Overall a great place to live.
Moved in September of 2016.....an after a year i have to say it's a nice quiet community everyone really friendly,the maintenance staff if great they're quick to respond to service request it overall a great place to stay I'd recommend this place to friends an family.
These apartments are very quiet, nice manager friendly only problem is they are small and way overpriced for a one bedroom. Other then that I love these apartments. Looking for something bigger and affordable. No money so making it here is all I can do.
