I move here in a 1+1 it was a down stair unit, very spacious, bright, clean, huge. It was very nice, I never had into any issue so far. I just upgraded to 2x2 up stairs and i love the unit, very spacious, has central air and heat, ceiling fan, clean, large patio, and the grounds are clean and green lovely walk ways, the office staff are very helpful and assist in any way they can. I totally would recommend this place to live :). Arturo
LOVED BEFORE AND LOVE EVEN MORE WITH SO MANY IMPROVEMENT THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX ITSELF: VERY ELEGANT FRONT OFFICE INSIDE OUT, APARTMENT REMODELING, NO TRASH VERY NEAT AND VERY WELL KEPT OVERALL.
I loved it when I lived here, and actually plan to move back here. The office staff was so helpful, and maintenance team was on point in fixing discrepancies. Price was great. Those who complained about rent increasing, surprise that rental living, stop complaining. The location is perfect having lots of restaurants near by and freeways 10 and 210 just less than 10 min away.
Moving here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. It is in an amazingly convenient location where you get the low price, but the high quality neighborhood that surrounds. The staff is awesome and helpful and the whole process was frustration free. The complex itself feels very safe and private with lots of trees and great amenities. The gates are always closed so there are no unwanted visitors. Love this place.
Apartment living oh no not me ! I need my space I need to be free No noisy neighbors No dirty mold Then out of nowhere We found Villa Del Sol. Oh me oh my we found our place and for a good deal we have a our space It's green, its clean it feels like home and since they allow pets we are not alone. Irritating neighbors oh no not one All hang out at pools and just have lots of fun. Come meet the management there helpful and nice they will show you around and give you a good price PS My own disclaimer. I do not or never have worked for this management. I really do love these apartments. As prove, we have lived here 10 years and to be honest,I may be the one irritating neighbor.. Just playing
