The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Villa Boutique Apartment Homes
I moved in a few months ago and have been having ongoing problems with loud banging and pounding noises from the people living directly above me upstairs. For whatever reasons they like to do have some kind of workouts going on late at night. We hear stomping like if someone was doing jumping jacks, heavy items being dropped and furniture being moved even though it’s supposed to be “quiet” time. They have absolutely NO regard for waking us up. I work 14 hours a day sometimes so for me to have to come home to this on a CONSISTENT basis is UNACCEPTABLE. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to complain to management because occasionally my lamp falls back when I turn it on in the mornings. This has happened maybe 2 or 3 times. The second they complained, I was made to feel guilty and like we have to walk on egg shells despite THEY being the ones who have been persistently making inappropriate noises at late hours of the night. I have complained OVER & OVER again for months and management did NOTHING. Management takes action only now that THEY complained & never cared how many times WE were awaken by their lack of common courtesy, late at night. Management told me they’d investigate & then had the Odasity to say they didn’t find anything out of the ordinary. Sure, easy to say when YOUR not the one being woken up every night after working long hours and coming home to this nightmare. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in how management handled this and can’t believe I’m paying all this money every month, come home from working a lot of hours just to be harassed by vindictive people upstairs. Management has decided to side with them & that is unforgivable. Had I known they don’t know how to manage properly I would have gone somewhere else. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.
This place will rob you blind and give you little in return. In addition to your very high monthly rent, you will be billed for hundreds of dollars for hidden costs--maintenance fee, pest control, allocated water fees, allocated trash fees, etc., that in most other places would be included in your base monthly rental rate. The property is poorly managed and maintained. The management routines shuts off the pool filters to save money. They don't respond promptly to maintenance calls and often report the problem fixed when no one has stopped by to fix it. We had cockroaches for the entire 6 months we lived there, despite the monthly pest control fee. The office often does not respond to phone calls timely and quite often there's no one to be found in the management office. Our original lease was set to begin on May 1 2017. When we got here after a drive across the country in a truck full of our possessions, we were told the apartment "wasn't ready" and we had to extend the lease on our moving vehicle and stay in a hotel for a week until the apartment was ready. Villa Boutique compensated us for the inconvenience and expense, adjusted the terms of the lease from May 1-Oct 31 to May 5-Nov 4, but at the end of our lease they charged us for 4 extra days rent and ridiculously high cleaning fees--we got back $22.70 from our $550 deposit, despite the fact that we left the place cleaner and in better repair than when we moved in. The grounds are shabbily maintained. The dumpsters are routinely overflowing. The sewer behind the building was overflowing for weeks and nothing was done about it. In addition, another resident bashed into the back of our car parked in our assigned spot in the car port and the drove off--the management did nothing to assist us in proving that the other resident was at fault so we also had to eat the repair bill. As the headline says, live here only as a last resort to avoid homelessness.
Ok first of all, you need to know that a lot of the postive reviews are written by paid staff. I actually lived here for six miserable months. This place is like a pig with lipstick or a cat poop that's been sugar coated. Looks somewhat nice when you breeze by, but it stinks badly up close. It's not the apartments themselves, they are actually quite adequate. The "renovated" apartments are quite livable. It's the tenants and the management. Is there anyone in the complex that doesn't smoke? When we signed our lease we were told it was a non smoking complex - NOT!!! Smokers everywhere - in the pool, on the patios, cigarette butts piled up in the walkways for weeks. It's disgusting. The management is apathetic and could not care less. And beware, when you move out, no matter how clean you leave the apt, they will find a way to not give anything back to you. In fact, they will probably figure out a way that you owe them. I'm glad I was only there six months.
I looked at this place today. The woman in the office was more than accommodating. I only had to wait 5 minutes for her to finish up with another client. We toured the model apartment which was a one bedroom. Stunning. Very open floor plan. Terrific kitchen. It's a tad pricey but given the apartment and the location it's worth it. I am strongly considering moving there.
i called to try to see if I could see the appts and I was told that "the apts look like the pics online"....what kind of answer is that. I went in today around 2pm and no one was at the front desk and on top of that a couple was waiting there for 20mins already.
If you are looking for a premier location in Palm Springs look no further. The property itself is literally right around the corner from tons of shopping, entertainment and great food. I discovered this wonderful little coffee shop called Koffi that I have completely fallen in love with and it's just down the way. I am new to the area from Los Angeles so it's been fun getting to know the area. The onsite management has been nothing short of wonderful. The apartments have been completely renovated so you feel as though you've been handed a brand new apartment, not to mention the grounds themselves are kept neat and tidy. I most definitely recommend The Villa Boutique as your next home.
Meticulous grounds and extremely quiet residence. Apartments are spacious with many newly renovated units that are well worth the price. Off the beaten path, gated community, 2 pools with grills and ice chests equal huge advantage over other properties.
