Property Ratings at Villa Acacia

Nice location, terrible property managers
These apartments are in a great location… right across from a park and near an elementary school. But the property managers are horrible. While inquiring about touring the place, Grace and the other managers were incredibly rude and unkind. I would not recommend living here… I can’t imagine how they would behave once it came to needing something fixed or having to negotiate the security deposit or something.

Old but Kind
Old carpeting and vinyl throughout, would be delighted with a wood laminate update. New appliances needed. Apartments are dark. Generous closet size. Staff and owners are incredible, wonderful people. They take kitties, and charge reasonable rent. Would recommend.
