good for the price
it's cheap. it's a really good location, right by k10 and mass street and ku. the landlord is nice but the maintenance team is an issue. good luck with the washer&dryer in the basement. utilities are ok since you only have to pay for electricity and internet. frequent water issues with clogging, sinks backing up, so forth. parking is tough since there's only the few spots out front, and parking at the Dillons or adjacent gas station could get you towed. our dumpster got moved down to 19th street which is annoying but manageable. tldr if your budget is tight vikingtown will be just fine.
