We scheduled 2 tours and they got confirmed and everything only for nobody to be there when we got there. We waited 10 minutes for anyone to open the door in case there was anyone there or they were running late and nobody came.

I have only lived at The Oaks since May and had fallen on hard times then recently lost my mother to cancer. The staff here has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & UNDERSTANDING! I truly appreciate their kindness ! I have never rented from a place that has treated me like an individual and not just a number/tenant. I can also say that ANYTIME I've had a maintenance issue their response time was on point! I've never been happier renting somewhere! I personally highly recommend this place plus they are the only ones around that have AMAZING attainable deposits!!! Hands down love it here!

Its certainly not five star hotel service..... Honestly, you would think people who work here would take much better care of the people who live here we afterall are the ones putting food on their tables. They work for us.
Management sucks, maintenance sucks, your apartment will break down in front of your eyes.
The leasing lady is always rude when you try to speak to her about any problens thars going on in the apartment. The maintains man has even told us that they make sure that we all the last ones to be serviced. Even when we keep putting in the same request. WORST PLACE ever. Over Priced
I've live here for a year and it's honestly the worse place I've live. Out dated, when you put in a request for something that was already broken when you moved in they will take up to 10months to fix it and then blame you for it. When you mention you told them you mentioned it once you noticed the issue they don't say anything. They also lied over parking stickers. Their is never any parking. I have to end up parking by the office and I live at the other end which is horrible. Parking shouldn't be an issue and false promises on fixing this issue to get tenants should be illegal. Over priced for such a horrible living experience.

The apartments are ok but its not worth the price. The lower income places are nicer than these.
