The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Vida Studio City
I have many friends that have lived in this building. The building has flooded many times there is toxic mold asbestos people are constantly going in and out of there. They don’t keep the building secure from the homeless they swim in the pool. There is absolutely no parking around the building for guests. When something breaks, it will never get fixed. There is a spider infestation all over the building. It is not maintained. I know someone that Has lived there since it opens and they have not power washed it one time. For that money, you can find a much better place
If I could give it no stars I would. The dumbest decision I ever made was signing a lease here. It may look nice and perfect from the tour, but once you live here the nightmare begins. Let's start with the dog run. Imagine the most pungent concentrated smell of urine and diarrhea for an entire football field in length, on a blazing hot California day. Words cannot do the smell justice. There is ONE bin for the entire run so people just leave their poop on the floor. It has never hosed down, so SINCE OPENING the dog run has never been washed of urine (to give you reference on the smell). The inside of the apartments may seem nice. With brand new appliances what could go wrong? They either are broken or break down after one use, and then it takes forever trying to get any repairs done. The noise level is at a new world record at this place. It is unreal how noisy and rude some of the neighbors are. Get ready for the wonderful relaxing sounds of people screaming at the top of their lungs all day! Management is lazy and does the bare minimum on this hack job of a "modern" apartment. Do yourself a favor and go find someplace else. It is not worth the time to even tour this building of lies. I am counting down the days until my lease is up so I can escape this hell trap. Stay far far away!!!!!
have lived here for 6 weeks and have had multiple issues every week. management does nothing about the issues. loud residents, car break ins, homeless community using the pool the bath- stay clear. not worth the rent.
This apartment is utter trash. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management will never respond to any issues or maintinence. They are just trying to fill up the apartment complex with anyone without an appropriate background check. Save yourself the headache. This building is ran by a bunch of incompetent non professionals. Do not be fooled by the look of the apartment. Try to find a building that is safe in the area, which this is not.
Just moved in. The apartment is everything I wanted and more. Beautiful community and leasing staff.
