It's been a month since I moved and there's just not a bad thing to talk about Vida At Morgan Hill. I feel very fulfilled!! The buildings are very quiet, I don't listen to my neighbors, everything is very clean, and the service is wonderful!!! Everyone in the office is wonderful!

I’ve really been enjoying my time living at Vida Morgan Hill apartments. The community is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are wonderful—there’s a great basketball court, play areas, and it’s very pet-friendly, which I appreciate. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed. While the rent is on the pricier side, it’s expected for such a desirable location, and you definitely get what you pay for. The surrounding area is full of great restaurants, shops, and conveniences, making it easy to run errands or grab a bite to eat. Guest parking is also plentiful, which is a huge plus when hosting friends or family. The management team has been fantastic—very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had a question or request. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to call home.

The Mediterranean style property and surrounding area attractive. The interior design finishes and layouts of the 1 bdrm offered to me makes other apartment communities less attractive... nice inside. However, the sound proofing, in my building anyway, top floor unit to bottom floor units poor... sounds heard, impact sounds, heavy walking, back and forth thumping like sounds a daily/nightly annoyance. Building structure seems to have no soundproof materials floor to floor. Embarrassing when guests comment about when visiting... hard to recommend apartment lifestyle.
We have had a great experience moving into Vida at Morgan Hill. The front office staff have been very helpful, and have answered any questions regarding our new apartment. The community is kept clean and we’re enjoying ourselves in our new home.

They have helped us tremendously with the move and the choice of an apartment. Their knowledge and expertise of the community are exceptional! They made us feel right at home, always caring, kind and helpful. We love living at Vida at Morgan Hill - the apartment homes are superior - interior finishes - best we have ever had - build quality, the layout of the floorplans and the grounds of the property are designed and maintained great!
