Property Ratings at Vida at Health Village
I would NOT recommend Vida at Health Village. Relocating from another state, I signed my lease in December 2022 and arrived for move-in, only to discover the building was in the process of changing ownership with a new property management company. The building was initially well maintained but quickly deteriorated under new management. The parking garage would have remnants of dried vomit and half eaten fast food meals, left uncleaned for weeks at a time. Dogs were constantly peeing and pooping in the elevators, hallways, and stairwells. Non-residents were constantly waiting to follow you into the parking garage. At most management would e-mail a notice or post a sign in the elevator to address issues. Otherwise, there was zero enforcement or follow through. Amenities that initially appeared attractive, were practically unusable due to extremely cold air conditioning, random loud music constantly playing, and business center rooms that smelled of fast food and lacked soundproofing. The location was only convenient if you worked across the street at the hospital but that was it. The surrounding area didn't feel unsafe but there were constantly homeless people hanging out around the building and the sidewalks were always littered with garbage and dog poop. Nearly everyone residing at Vida at Health Village when I moved in are long gone or quickly departing, hence the dozens of vacant units. Ultimately, I was relieved to get out of there.

I like living here with the exception of the noise. Management does not do anything about it. Walls are thin and there are a lot of gatherings in the courtyard at night. If you live on the courtyard side it echos.

We realize the nature of apartment living can lead to inconvenient ambient noise, but we are working to improve the overall experience of our residents by focusing on aspects more within our control such as providing attentive customer service. That being said, we do encourage you to contact our office if you believe your neighbors are violating our community policies.
This property is great! The property recently transitioned management and have handled it extremely well. They are extremely helpful and willing to find you an apartment that meets your needs (shoutout to Delia!). Pros: 1. This gym has a squat rack, dumbbells, machines, and barbells, reducing the need to buy a gym membership. Also has free coffee in 3 rooms, offices and meeting rooms you can rent out all day, and free internet in the amenity centers 2. Great location: near Mills 50, walking distance to AdventHealth, 5-10 minute drive to Downtown Orlando, Downtown Winter Park, and Downtown College Park, and 30 minutes to Disney 3. Traffic isn't bad if you take Dade Ave. vs N. Orange Ave. Cons (Things that might not make it ideal): 1. Next to I4 so you get some of the noise, though it's not very bad and sounds like white noise 2. Sometimes you can hear others music in other rooms if the bass is heavy (that's kind of everywhere though) 3. Gym could get busy at past 5pm, but neighbors are super nice and are willing to work in with you.

This place has extremely thin walls and flooring you hear everything upstairs and to your sides. I have had trouble sleeping here for months with all the noise. I constantly hear footsteps, music, conversations, tv etc... There is absolutely no peace here I can't wait to move out.

This community exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the leasing office I was welcomed and I absolutely loved the leasing team. The apartment interior is the best I have seen around, they even have built in dog bowls. My golden retriever is going to love living here.

Recently moved in from out of state. I liked the ample options this new property offers when it comes to floor plans and window facing. The amenity is certainly very attractive as well. The leasing staff is very friendly and responsive and the maintenance staff is top notch. They fixed a few minor problems in my unit within the same day. So far so great~

This complex was AMAZING. Had great amenities for the price and was stunning. Everything is brand new and it top notch. The tour we were given was the best tour we have ever had. My wife and I just left and I had had to take time to write this review. We are planning on selling our house 6 months from now. Everywhere we've gone, they just tell us it's too far out and to come back later. Not the team at Health Village! They told us that we were doing the right thing by starting early and showed us around. Customer service is great and the inside is beautiful. I've been here now for three months and it just get's better! I just relocated from SC and started my new job at Advent Health. I was a little apprehensive being that I was moving from out of state, but the team was so welcoming. My initial call was with Hope and she was fantastic! From there, I had the pleasure of meeting Natalie, Beth, and Monica. These girls are the best of the best and I felt right at home. Not only that, but maintenance response is amazing. Rony and Juan even took the time to introduce themselves to me. The inside of my apartment is just beautiful. I went to one other location that I will not say and the inside was so cheaply put together. This place really sets the bar high and believe all the good things you hear!

The location is nice because I’m close enough to downtown to participate in many leisurely activities but far enough away to feel at peace when I don’t want to be around the hustle and bustle. The amenities are top notch and the staff is great.

Beauty is in the details, and Alta at Health Village pays attentions to all the right details from the moment you cross their doors. Our lease specialist, Natalie, was incredibly friendly and helpful setting up an appointment to meet the community, making us feel at home from the beginning of the tour. From the decoration, the scents, and the architectural layout, to the small details inside the apartment units, Alta feels instantly like the place you want to live in. My fiancé and me were instantly hooked. We had toured multiple properties nearby and in Downtown, but ultimately decided for Alta due to the feeling of a small and warm community and the friendly atmosphere. Despite the slightly higher than average rent costs, I would definitely recommend it to others and, personally, believe it’s worth the money.

We moved from Miami and we could not tour the community in person. When we arrived the day of move in everything went super smooth and the apartment and amenities impressed us so much, it is a beautiful community. It has been a month since we moved in and we love this place. A few issues related to construction have come up but we were prepared since we knew the community was under construction. The apartment is so beautiful and spacious, we are very happy with our new home.

The community is very nice and the staff is super helpful! I've dealt with a few apartment complexes and this by far is the best. Beth specifically was such an awesome staff member by responding to my questions in a timely manner and helping me walk through all the options available for my move-in!
