Property Ratings at Victory Place
One of the reasons I wanted to rent here was to have access to the swimming pool and be able to enjoy its amenities. I have lived here for 9 months and they closed the pool in October (right after I moved in). I was told the pool would open after Memorial day (which is what happens in most apartment complexes). It is the end of June and they have not opened the swimming pool and the explanation was that it needed to be repaired. I have not seen anyone out there repairing or working on it this whole time so it makes me wonder what is happening. One of the solutions offered to residents has been to delay the pool closing until the weather permits it, but that will be in October anyway. I think there should be a rent adjustment to all residents for the inconvenience of not being able to use the amenities. The pool is featured on the website and there should be an update on it so that future residents know what is really happening. In any case the ladies at the front office were pretty polite and I do not want to blame them but someone needs to give an answer and a proper solution.
