Well you found it!!! Since my husband and I moved here, February 14 we love it!!!! We are very happy here. Maintenance is awesome. Every time we need something they take care of it relatively quick and when I mean quick, I mean within 24-48 hours. The office staff is amazing whenever you have an issue or questions. They’re right there to answer them for you, Linda, John and Vivi are awesome!!!

I have lived here for 25 years and have gone through several changes in owners and management. I have always been pleased with the staff, therefore the reason I have stayed so long.My biggest complaint is that the monthly prices keeps getting higher and higher, therefore I am not sure how much longer I will be able to stay. It does concern me that the owners are not willing to work with those of us that have been here for a long time and always pay on time and do not cause any problems. People leave all the time and leave their belongings behind just to get out under the cover of night. I am here to stay as long as I can, but I can see an end coming soon.

Victoria at Orange Park is a hidden gem. It's on a busy section of Wells but that doesn't extend into the community. It's pretty quiet and well taken care of. The staff is lovely. The amenities are very nice as well. I love that there's a dog park, gym, and pool. I hope I'm able to renew my lease here because it's been amazing so far.

I think we're all lucky to have the team of office management and maintenance here at Victoria @ Orange Park. They have done a great job at making the experience here as pleasant as possible. Having been in this line of work for many years before retiring, I can appreciate their efforts and hard work into making everyone as happy as possible. My only issue has been the sky rocketing rent increases which is not the fault of property management. So, I'm taking this opportunity in addressing the high prices of rent here to the corporate sector of Grey Star to please keep your rent hikes down and reasonable so people like myself can continue to live here and not be priced out of a home that I've made for myself for the past 7yrs. I would recommend living here despite the rent being a bit high.

This is a safe well-kept place. I have lived here for a little more than five years. It has changed management almost yearly with no notice to tenants, added services that tenants pay for without being given notice or choices. This community is described as being 'green' but has no provision for re-cycling. Management and staff are great. They are professional, kind and courteous.

So far Im impressed with my experience here at Victoria, the one bedroom apartments could use minor updates but theres really not to much to complain about. I havent been here that long so I cant judge too much of anything that could be wrong here. I love the location and how close it is to any and everything, including my job!

I've been living here 5 yrs. and have seen a great improvement in management since Greystar took over a couple of years ago. The property management staff are wonderful, always pleasant and willing to work with you. The maintenance crew are friendly, courteous and professional. I was looking for an apartment and spoke with Brianna. Long story short, someone how the apt I wanted to apply for got "locked" in limbo at the site. No fault of the apt or the site but of applicants on the site and an incomplete application. Brianna was nice enough to solve the problem and gave me a call to advise it was available once more. She did not need to. It could have ended at, "check back later". Thank you for your help Brianna.

I usually don’t write reviews , but this place just left a bad taste in my mouth and I can’t wait to leave when my lease is up in July . The apartment itself was fine except for the master bedroom was hot and maintenance couldn’t fix the fan to make it go faster . What made me upset is that they overcharge for everything and its not even worth and the rent changes every month. They add on fees that you never even heard of and then the manager couldn’t even fix the issues.

Victoria at Orange Park is a really nice place to live. The amenities are well maintained, the trash pick up is super convenient, and area is really nice as well. The apartments themselves are a perfect size and the layout is amazing.

Its close to the base which is convenient. I live here because it is very close to my work. Its very outdated and not worth the price for a 600sq/ft apartment. Especially considering the lack of integrity the neighbors have for their own living quarters. I paid much less living near Town Center. Im optimistic about the new management team though. I see they are working diligently to make changes to the community.

I love the area here. My only complaint is neighbors should be more considerate of those living above or below them. My neighbor above me is very inconsiderate. They constantly make loud pounding and dropping of things.
