I gave a 4 star because I love the area it’s convenient to everything however there isn’t enough storage space and the rent is way too high. For a two bed two bath you only have one full closet in one bedroom and just a lien closet in the other room.

The apt home is spotless on move-in! Everything meticulously maintained and presented in a pleasing way. So spacious and updated and goes perfectly with my furnishings. The move-in paperwork was a breeze and the whole process handled very in a friendly and professional manner.
The Victor is TOPS!! I've recently moved in and I could not be happier with the experience so far. Jennifer welcomed me with a smile (I was a walk-in btw). Her readiness to show me around and talk about options were a calming factor to the chaos that comes with the search for "your place". Later I met Jessica and she was delightful as well. I am happy to call The Victor my home!!
I really like living here. It's quiet, but still has life. So far, everything that has come up, my lease issue and any maintenance requests, have all been handled very professionally.
This is a very nice place to live that is very quiet and the complex is very clean. The upgrades done to the apartments are very nice
the community is quiet and peaceful for the most part,the upgrades are nice, except for the bathtub and toilet, rent price is higher than other comparable apartment communities in the area.
The staff here is very friendly and will get to the bottom of your problem fast. And maintenance are around the clock just on case something happens after hours, and they are good, responsible and nice.
