Once you’ve signed the lease, be prepared to pay!! Save yourself the money, pain, and anguish and avoid Via Tuscany Apartments!

Beware

These people sent me to collections for $350 for an application fee that I did not complete……. Pretty bad business! Glad I didn’t rent from them who knows what other unethical things they do

Nice Place - Great Stay - Bad vacate experience

We had a very nice 7 month stay @ViaTuscany It was during or at our exit / vacate that a variety issues happened. Miscommunications, poor communications, retaining a portion of deposit Via Tuscany through their actions and communication made it obvious that they do not value good tenants that are leaving

Looks even better in person!

Just moved to the Tuscany and Fatima was amazing! She helped us get a new place with free rent the following month. I would highly recommend this place. All appliances are brand new and apartment has been remodeled. There is 24/7 gated security, wooden flooring, sound-proof walls, and garages which I appreciate! Neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. I feel safe walking at night to workout at the gym. Restaurants and shopping center within walking distance. Hands down, Suntree is one of the safest neighborhoods. The Tuscany is the most luxurious apartment I've lived in so far!

They treat their residence like garbage.

They are currently going through a massive remodel, which is just putting a shiny coat on a, literally, falling down building (earlier this year they had to use a front loader to hold an external wall of one of the buildings up because it started to fall off... this is an occupied building at the time). They have just kicked out about a buildings worth of residence because they believe that they are worth the same as the brand new complexes in the area. They did this with scammy and shady tactics including adding lease addendums on to people while making verbal promises to the residence that they had no intention of honouring. BEWARE THIS PLACE.

We , the Via Tuscany staff and ownership are sorry you feel this way about our Via Tuscany property . In February 2018 we let every resident know that this renovation and upgrades would be taking place and that any resident could brake their lease without any penalty or fees due to the construction. Your statement "just putting a shiny coat on a literally falling building (earlier this year they had to use a front loader to hold an external wall of one of the buildings up because it started to fall off... this is an occupied building at the time ) is incorrect. The buildings are being renovated and upgraded both interior and exteriors. The work being done includes framing where required, new hardie board and hurricane rated window are being install. A front loader was not used for the purpose mention in your statement, however if you have any questions regarding our construction please stop by the office and meet with management. Via Tuscany did not kicked out a building worth of residents. Per the ownership offer several residents did choose to leave Via Tuscany while others choose to stay at Via Tuscany . We are confident that the new Via Tuscany will prove to be one of the premier properties in the Melbourne area. We hope that everyone will come by and tour or property and see what the new Via Tuscany has to offer.
