Once you look past the minor details and buff out a few kinks, it’s nice and quiet. Being right between Hoover and Vestavia is more than gracious. The staff is also really professional and friendly. Thanks Kim and Yvette for making my moving process so easy. It almost feels too easy. I genuinely think this could be a complex that anyone could love.

Being close to both UAB and work appeared to be a challenge considering all of the apartment complexes around Birmingham. But Vestavia Place has proven itself to be the best option. This apartment complex is right off of I-65 and in the heart of both Vestavia Hills and Hoover. Madison and Kim helped me every step of the way on ensuring us a great experience!

I lived in the 3 bedroom unit and the 1 bedroom unit. The property is old and so are the units. The kitchen screams 1983. You can’t sit on your balcony in the rain because nothing is covering the area. Both units were dirty when I moved in. In the 3 bedroom you have the washing machine in the kitchen and the dryer by the entrance but up-to-date washers will not fit in the kitchen because the doorways to the kitchen are so small. In the 1 bedroom you have to disconnect the light in the hall area in order to open the door wide enough to the laundry room to get the machines inside. The rent is high to pay for the new rent office and pool.

This will be your worst mistake, dirty apartments, terrible maintenance, moldy walls that will make you sick and they will not repair, and all of the 5 stars reviews are fake written by the management office... Please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else

I have been living in my apartment since 2015 and Kim the property manager is the best manager we've have had. She is personable but she is also professional. She makes you feel like you are really a part of a community. She has done so many thing to help me as a resident. My lease is up for renewal in March and she is the reason that I will be renewing my lease.

This property was built in the 70’s and has more issues than you can imagine. Extremely high water/sewer bills that are passed onto you by the Management Company. Power bills are also high due to horrible insulation. The appliances may be new but that’s about it. My husband and I are moving as soon as lease is up. Do yourself a favor and run . All the other reviews were made by employees. It’s a money pit .

I absolutely love this community. It is tucked away and very quiet but super close to restaurants and night life. The management is SPECTACULAR and all my service requests have been handled quickly and professionally. I am a single woman and feel completely safe taking my dog out at night for a walk. All residents are very courteous. My one bedroom one bath apartment even has a laundry room - not connections stuck in the middle of the kitchen! I couldn't be happier with this apartment!

Located in the heart of Vestavia Hills this quiet community is easily accessible to highway 31 and I-65 and 280. We have really enjoyed being residents at Vestavia Place, the staff is wonderful! Work orders are done promptly, and everyone works together to resolve any issues. The pool is really nice and has been a staple to our summer. We love the new updates being done to the apartments and the grounds are beautiful! Thank you guys at the office for all you do to make living here so comfortable!
