Vestara 72 has been a great place to stay. The staff here is friendly and the location is quiet and conveniently located near food and other important shopping centers. I've no issues with neighbors and the pets have been well behaved too.

Overall, I think it's overpriced for the amenities and events. Their mandatory fee they force us to pay each month over the rent price is crazy and I thought it would atleast mean there were some perks or events but there hasn't been much. Also, lately it's been impossible to talk to anyone in the office. No one returns calls and I don't know if it's a timing issue or what, but we can never catch anyone in the office during their posted hours. The office staff seem nice, but maybe they're just really disorganized or understaffed? On the plus side, at least we stopped having mice in the vents and the plumbing and fire alarms seem for the most part not to have anymore issues. The apartments do look nice, and the location is amazing, though I wonder what traffic will be like in the future since they're putting in a preschool/daycare right by the entrance to the apartments. Might be a nice option for people with small children though.

I have enjoyed living in the community so far and I like the amenities the apartment and community has to offer. The only thing I can think of is I have been having to ask the staff about my mail since it hasn’t been going to the right mailbox.

Wonderful location near Shadow Lake. Not as many amenities for the price point. Lawn and dog park could be better kept… Lots of mud and patchy grass. Buildings were not very well made.

It has been a great community to live in! We love the space inside our home, the attached garage has been wonderful to have, and the pet friendly feel is amazing! We've been over a year now and still love it as much as Day 1!

Don’t know yet but front desk girls are nice! Now Im just meeting the word content. I like the fenced in yards, gym is underwhelming but meets expectations for an apartment , pool could be fun, I like that the amazon box and mail is outside, good location near hyvee and texas road house.

Vestara 72 is very nice community! The neighbors are very nice and friendly. The amenities are great! I love the pool, can’t wait till it is open again! The gym is pretty top notch as well! The staff is very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Would recommend to anyone!

I’m still a little annoyed in how long we were unable to access the gym. I’m glad it is finally back in operation but paying full price on amenities that we had no access to doesn’t sit right with me. Also, it’s ridiculously cold at the bottom of my stairway, entry to the apartment. I wonder how much energy wasted heating the place is from the entryway chill. The front door was redone but somehow the cold is still getting in. The snow removal from the recent storm was pretty good though. I’d rate maybe 3.5 but this thing doesn’t do fractions, so 3 it is. Nothing that makes living here miserable, but nothing exceptional to justify the total cost.

Great little community! Quiet and clean, feels like we hit the jackpot with this place. So close to all the shopping, but small enough to feel like a small town.

Over all i have had a positive experience, especially with the staff working for Vestara 72. The maintenance workers are friendly and complete jobs in a timely manner and the office staff have also been helpful and nice to work with.

Staff is friendly and helpful, take care of concerns quickly. The neighborhood is typically quiet and neighbors are respectful. Location is close to a lot of convenient places that I frequent and not far from interstates to get where you’re going quickly.

We have lived here almost a full year and we intend to stay here a while. Our family loves it here. We love having a garage for bikes and summer gear. The place is spacious and the kids love their large rooms.

everyone is so kind here. maintenance is super great that fix and answer any questions I have. was having issues with my garage door not closing and they ordered shaders for me

Townhomes were cheaply made. The door that leads to the garage doesn’t have a seal, so the cold air comes right in. The windows let cold air in.

About 3 weeks after moving in the clubhouse flooded and is still unable to use almost 2 months later. No discount except for the ability to use the gym in Gretna. My garbage disposal didn’t drain. Internet wasn’t hooked up properly upon move in. Heat wasn’t installed correctly. Although I will say the complex fixed it asap. Just very disappointed with the clubhouse being closed for so long.

We love the convenience of the location and particularly love our specific layout and placement on the property. Management has been great and the maintenance gentleman is amazing. I definitely feel like it's a little lacking for "luxury" apartments, especially with the added fees. We do love the pool and community house, however the community house has been closed for a couple months (no fault to management) so having the extra fees shouldn't really be a thing if you are unable to use the things they have listed under the fees.

I have had the best experience from the moment we drove in to look at the apartments. Bianca and Lynsee are fantastic and maintenance has been so fast to fix anything that was amiss. The location is great too.

It’s our second year living here and I still can’t imagine a better community to live in. Lynsee goes above and beyond what’s expected of her every time, and that’s one thing I think is worth every penny. She understands her residents and strives to do everything in her power to make sure we are happy always. We don’t ever want another property manager!!

This is our second year at Vestara! We moved from a smaller unit into a bigger one with a yard for our fur babies and can't imagine living anywhere else! The staff is top notch and makes sure that your concerns are heard and addressed in a timely fashion!

Vestara 72, a great complex at first I was just inlove with the spacing we finally had but overall the entire community is fantastic no chaos, kind community, plenty of space and those who run it are amazing, helpful and respectful. our little family loves being in this space it’s a great environment and our fur baby loves his yard and his friends he gets to meet at the doggie park.

We signed our contract after confirming over email and in person the total rent including the apartminium package but they changed the price on us when move-in fees were due. We called and emailed more than 5 times to try to resolve the issue but when they finally got back they tried to tell us we were “reading” their words wrong. I don’t know how else “total price including the package is $-“ could mean anything else. They told us we can be released from the contract and that they would refund our $550 admin fee but we had to call and visit multiple times for over a month to get any confirmation of a refund only to finally receive the refund to find out it is only $500 and not the full $550. We’ve spent $170 on the application fees and the partial admin fee we never got back but so glad this happened because we can’t imagine having to live here and ever having to deal with management.

I have really enjoyed living at this community. The maintenance and management crew are amazing. My fellow neighbors have been amazing and always friendly. I have met some great people and have really enjoyed learning about there lives and their pets. We have battled through the storms and some unforeseen setbacks, with all issues that new communities deal with. This is a great place to live, thank you Lindsey, Matt, & Cory for taking care of all of us.

Great staff, amenities and the apartments are amazing. It is also at a great location with it being close to shadow lake mall and hwy 370. I like the apartments technology features as well.
