Verve Apartments are a nice place to live. It's quiet and they are quick to do repairs whenever needed. The place is also very dog friendly.

It's great here. I feel safe. The community is in a convenient area. The dog park is the best part. The playground could use updating. Good value.

The apartment is great. I had an extremely quick response to my first maintenance request. Angelicque in the office is so sweet and great to deal with. I have no complaints and so far really enjoying my apartment.

I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and it’s pretty good! The only thing that sucks a bit is how strict they are with what you have on your balcony

the building walls are very thin, if u live 1st floor, u can hear the renter on the 2ndfloor every thing they do evening peeing.allso the place has too many dogs and cats.

My friend lives here and she always has the best things to say. I will be coming to live here when my lease is up in November. Maintenance is on top of things, Jorge is great and kind everytime I've seen him. I can't wait to live here!

Been very comfortable at this apartment. I like it here and the manager and everyone have been friendly to me. Maintenance does a good job maintaining the area and units in good conditions.

Everything is good so far because once I need help verve apartments be with me all the time so I appreciate the way they’re doing jobs for Customers lease they’re apartments thank you.

I love it here really relax and really enjoying the quiet I really feel like we are going to renew our lease due to it being so quiet and chill I can ultimately say for my first apartment it’s been amazing

Usually quiet. Still have a matter to handle but other than that it is a great place to live! Always clean outside! Staff is friendly and respectful!

The location and the move was easily and really good. People here are so helpful and kind. One of the neighbors helped me carry a big box down from the u haul truck that we rented from. The hole experience was just right and perfect. I recommend this location because the apartments and the people are awesome! The apartments are really nice and really clean like new.

The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating during our move. Maintenance is always quickly reachable for any issues. The community itself is quiet and peaceful. We have had a great experience so far.

I have lived in this apartment complex for many years and it always seems to be good, then bad, then in between. Right now it's average. I have seen many of our new tenants out in the community... and what I see is them committing theft at neighborhood retail stores such as Wal-Marts, Targets, Ross and DDs discount stores and etc. It is very annoying to know that they live in my complex (unsafe). Tenants are again feeding the cats and growing up a new population of them (bad smell when marking their territory on our patios and around mailbox area). Tenants not picking up after their dogs again (unsanitary). Load music and talking after hours as people sit in their autos and on their patios and steps ... anytime of day and night. Security efforts must not be working out as there is no real change in the aforementioned behaviors. I Hope things will get better, especially since our rent keeps rising with claims of a great place to live. We have fallen back to average place to live.

Overall easy experience. Angie and Griselda showed great communication, availability, and made the leasing process swift and accurate. 4/5 due to a lot of roaches upon move in ,but with a little pest treatment everything was fine before I fully moved everything in. Would recommend. :) Thankyou verve team !!!

Verve is really a good friendly complex and im really enjoy as a resident here with a beautiful neighbors and with swimming pool and palm trees

This has been a pleasant place to live for the last year and a half. When maintenance issues arise, they are dealt with promptly. It's a pretty quite community.

My experience according to where I live before Right now Verve apartment is good because everything I requested do it for me at the right time.

Very clean and organized complex with super easy people to talk to in the leasing office. Made my process super professional and easy to move in and get approved.

They went above and beyond to help me find a first floor apartment to accommodate for my mother. There was also an issue with a leak that they helped with right before my move in! Thank you!

Awful place to live. Staff is rude. Apartments are trash. Neighbors are loud. And alot car break ins. The pool is always closed as well. Roaches also.

Good friendly place to stay office has a gym next to it aswell and a nice pool!!!!! Right on the corner of 51st and Peoria avenue been here 2 years

I have enjoyed being in my apartment at the Verve Apartments. It is clean and the staff is remarkable! They are very easy going, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! If you have any questions, they are always right there to help!! I would recommend this complex to anyone! Very happy resident!

Everyone has been nice and efficient. The apartment is in good condition, some minor things that needed attention but maintenance was good to take care of.

Sometimes the noise level is high with people talking loud when on their porches and balconies. Other than that, it is a pretty peaceful and clean complex.

please do you self a favor and DO NOT MOVE IN. They DO NOT CARE about you at all. All they want is to charge you for everything. Dont make the same mistake I did. Also crime is REALLY bad I do not feel safe walking around the complex (its really bad)

A great community overall. A lot of great memories i will hold and cherish forever. Andrea is a great leasing agent that my family has had. Because of her, we had my brother accepted into the apartment within days.

I've lived here for 5 years now and absolutely love it. This apartment complex is very quiet, neighbors are friendly. The couple times I've had to put in a work order for something to be repaired it's always been handled in a quick and friendly manner. I wouldnt even take a million dollars to move somewhere else. Thats how much I enjoy living here. Thank you management for doing an excellent job in making this such an enjoyable place to call home. I appriciate both the women in the office and the maintenance. They get a A 100% from me.

Apts are nice and renovated, you get washer and dryer. The front office is nice and the people are kind. I would say the downside is you’re not able to have much on your own balcony or shades/covers to keep out the pigeons or az sun

The apartment is okay. I have a non updated apartment so I'm sure the remodel ones are better. The dog park is nice for anyone with dogs. Only downside is it's always hard to get in touch with someone in the office. They hardly ever answer the phones. They don't call back after you leave voice-mail or email. And sometimes I get there 10mins before they close to try to talk to someone in office and they locked up early. And my car was also stolen from my parking spot so it made me feel a little unsafe but I believe they have now hired security so that kinda helps.

It has been everything I wanted and more for my first place I pay for by myself, location is great for me, rent is affordable, and people are very nice!

Love living here and the staff are always amazing and all the requests that we put in for maintenance is always done on time and they are always willing to work with us when something needs to be done because we have our dogs I have lived here for 5 years and it's an amazing place

Help is received in a timely manner. Transition and moving here was relatively simple. My apartment wasn't in perfect conditions, however management took care of the bigger problems when I addressed it and I appreciate that.

Its nice here and quiet here. The staff and maintenance are on point. They are very helpful and responsive. The amenities are awesome especially the in unit washer and dryer.
