Property Ratings at Vertis Green Hills
I love living here. The building is super, but the people who work here make it 5 stars. The concierges help make it a special place. The day-time concierge, Dwight, treats everyone as if they were the most important person in the world. He goes overboard to make our living experience here special. Everyone calls him with any problem or need. He is really special. Lyza has been our manager for the last couple of months filling in until new manager arrives. She is the best manager! She is so friendly to all and is a go getter. She makes things happen. Maintenance promptly attends to all our needs also.
Everything about Vertis is first class. The apartments have beautiful finishings, amenities are fabulous. The concierge-specifically Dwight delivers the best customer service you could want. They also offer great social events. Wonderful place to live.
I got to stay here with a friend for a week. Incredible apartment. It felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel. Great pool. Great workout room. Great views. Great neighbors!
Transitioning from one state to another can be challenging but since moving in last year I have found that choosing Vertis was the best decision ever!!! Management worked with me closely before move-in and it went smoothly but that was just the beginning of feeling like I belong in this community. The friends I have met here are priceless and the amenities in the building and location are simply the best. Couple that with having a building concierge like Dwight that is always looking out for me and genuinely cares about helping the other residents and myself in basically every way makes living here AMAZING!
I have lived at the Vertis for almost 2 years and absolutely love it. The rooftop pool/common spaces are amazing. My friends are always asking to visit!

I LOVED living at the Vertis!! Being so close to Trader Joe’s and having so many great restaurants options around was amazing! Truly can’t beat the convent location!! The staff at the Vertis was always so kind and was always super helpful! Can’t say enough great things about my time at Vertis!!

I have loved living here, I had moved out because I got my own house with my wife. Great amenities, and awesome staff. When my wife clogged the toilet they were there within 10 min to fix it. I have nothing to say but great things about my time living here.

I have lived at Vertis for over a year. The apartments have great closet space and kitchen space. I enjoy the dog park. The neighbors are nice.
I have a couple of friends who live at vertis so I visited a few times and finally decided to move in. Move in was so welcoming with a move in gift and they provided my essentials for my apartment! I love walking to Trader Joe’s. I also love the cash bar at the pool. Great prices and nice to grab a quick lunch!
Just moved in and I absolutely love it! The location is perfect so that I can walk to all of the shops and restaurants near by but, they also have great amenities with fun resident events. Love the community that has been cultivated here.
Almost weekly auto break-ins. Ongoing pest problems and troublesome new management has made what was, at one time a great place to live, a place to avoid.
My moving in experience was very poor. Apartment was not clean, walls were very dirty and electrical points in the apartment were not functioning.
We love living at Vertis Green Hills! The staff is great, the entire building is kept in excellent condition. There are great restaurants right in the building and more within a short walk. Trader Joe’s is across the street, Whole Foods and the Green Hills mall are a short walk. We can’t say enough what a great experience moving the the Vertis has been!
