The staff here is extremely nice however there are many issues: - mice - no amenities - outdated appliances - outdated everything - they painted over hairs and dust that is stuck to the wall - older apartments but are not maintained The good things about this place: - the outside grounds are nicely kept - extremely quiet premises - the staff is always friendly and nice but there is only so much they can control For the price point - there are so many other options that offer updated units. The price point is for a luxury apartment but there is nothing luxury about the apartments.

For the price point of this apartment complex, you would expect slightly renovated fixtures. The apartment complex is in dire need of renovations, roof shingles blowing off, loud and creaky joists in the floor above units, leaky and calcified plumbing fixtures. The complex offers units with newer appliances at a premium, save your money and rent elsewhere.
Stayed at the Versailles for years and loved it. What a peaceful place nestled in its own little wooded area right down the street from the convenience of both Towson and 83/695. Incredibly safe, family-friendly area that was perfect for our needs. The staff was always responsive, maintenance was quick to reply, and parking is plentiful. I recommend everyone take a look at the Versailles if you're looking for a peaceful, home-like experience with convenient commuting location. Grateful to have lived here.

Just resigned a lease at Versailles for another year! I'm happy to call Versailles my home. Units are spacious, clean, and maintained on a regular basis. Mgmt is responsive and looks out for residents.

Yesterday the management company brought people in with Hazmat suites. They went to the third floor, hung a long plastic tube down to the lower level and vented chemicals out. The chemicals filled the apartments so much that we had to evacuate. When we returned after they were done, we had to keep the windows open for three hours (in rainy 30 degree temperature) to get the chemical smell out. Extremely dangerous. No notice. The management at this complex is terrible.

Terrible unit conditions. Water damage visible. Painting is horrific. No attention to landscaping. Trash everywhere. Bugs and mold everywhere. Can’t even keep windows open because of outside stench.

The only good thing about this complex is it’s location. The unit is in horrible condition. Paint covers all hard surfaces. Appliances, tile floors and countertops are scratched/cracked. Can’t open windows because of bugs. Landscaping is overgrown. Retaining wall and backs of building are covered in mold and mildew. Large dead/dying trees all over property. (Office said management company MAY have room in budget to remove next summer.). Water runs off of roof and retaining wall for days after rain. Please inspect unit and back of complex carefully before signing. Not for people allergic to mold.

The landscaping is atrocious. They cut the grass (weeds) every other week in the summer, they don’t mulch. Water runs off the buildings creating mud everywhere and a moldy stench. They paint over all the hard surfaces in the unit. Floors squeak. Dumpsters are always overflowing and full of trash.

My husband and I have lived at Versailles for a little over a month now and I honestly cannot say enough how wonderful it is here. When we were looking at places I relied heavily on reviews because due to the pandemic we couldn't see places in person. The reviews across multiple platforms for Versailles were consistently stellar and I am happy to report that they are very accurate. Kristi was SO helpful in answering my huge list of questions, sending us videos and pictures, and helping us find a unit that fit all of our needs. We came from a pretty rough landlord situation and we are beyond grateful to find that the staff here continues to be incredibly responsive once moved in. They really care about maintaining the building. While it is an older building it is very clean and very well maintained. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Versailles apartments!!
