Adjacent to Trenton and bordering the Delaware River, Ewing is a large township that contains the College of New Jersey and the Trenton-Mercer Airport. The township began as part of Hopewell Township and was settled by colonists in 1699. The oldest building in Ewing is a farmhouse built in 1717 by William Green, one of the area's first settlers.
To get a sense of how the area must have looked to those early colonists, visit the West Branch of Shabakunk Creek, located near the airport. This natural area covers more than five miles and played a vital role in the Revolutionary War's Second Battle of Trenton. Another great location to visit after moving to a Ewing apartment is the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park Trail, which extends along the river. The trail is 77 miles long and is popular for hiking, bicycling, jogging, and horseback riding.

Property Ratings at Versailles Apartments
I have been attempting to contact this property for several weeks, I’ve left at least 4 voicemails and no one has ever called back. This is not a good sign for a potential tenant, I will certainly look elsewhere.
I lived here for nearly a year and I love it. It's quiet, the apartments are well maintained, the area is very nice and neighbors are friendly. Kim, Leasing Manager, is truly a pleasure. She is very genuine and knowledgeable. When she told me "welcome home", that meant a lot to me. Ray, Property Manager, is absolutely a breath of fresh air compared to my last apartment manager. He's responds right away to any questions, promptly fixes any maintenance issue and is always friendly and pleasant. Both a great representation of Versailles Apts.

A very nice place to live, and if you have a problem that needs to fix. No problem, your maintenance guy Ray; is always prompt to fix whatever your problem may be. I just wish they had a two bedroom at a good price because I hate to move.
I got the very last one bedroom and I couldn't be happier. I have wonderful brand-new hardwood floors that shine along with a brand-new kitchen with a built-in microwave which I love because I cook and I have a lot of counterspace. It's pretty quiet and there's a lot of parking but I can't wait till summer comes because the pool is quite big. I'm really impressed with the resident manager Ray who really is on top of things with maintenance and for helping me out with any other questions. I have viewed quite a few apartments before I decided on this apartment but what really sold me was Kim the leasing manager, Who was very gracious and very funny. I love the fact that I was really meant to feel welcomed!
I just renewed my lease a little bit ago I've been living here for a little over two years and I find that this is pretty quiet and the rent is decent. What I like is the solitude of the pool because it's in the back and it's secluded and it's very nice and big. The best thing that I like is I just started using the free storage that they give which is my own private one that's locked I think that's awesome and I should've use that along time ago but I'm so glad that I don't have to pay a separate fee it's all free!
I like my new apartment, I just don't like that I don't have many choices to choose from when it comes to cable companies. Only give me a choice of two.
