We have been living in this complex for one month. The price/quality ratio is good. There are some downsides, but they are very minor. In general, the team tries to improve the complex every day and it is noticeable. The overall impression is good.

Based on the 3.5 weeks we’ve lived here, we would not recommend Verona at Boynton Beach to anyone. It has been one problem after another and the move-in process was sub standard.

I've lived at Verona for going on 11 years and love it. The buildings are very well maintained and the community is very clean. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only down side is parking...need more and assigned parking

My family and I love living in Verona. The associates are very king and accommodating. The maintenance team are very fast and professionals especially Dwight. The improvements on the community are nice as well. Overall environment is safe and I can say that my husband and I are already recommending Verona to our friends and colleagues.

There was a disconnect in the beginning but the new management is fair. They do something about the community, they upgrade it, the maintenance stopped by the next day after I sent a request which was the fastest ever I have experienced in my 3 yrs of living here. they resolve a request as fast as they can. I’m satisfied. They fixed my window immediately. I would give it an excellent overall had I gotten a new dish washer. But they fixed it nonetheless

My first impression of the place was right on target. I toured the property twice-not because I was moved by what I saw-others needed to see the floorplan. The Leasing Consultant was unsure of her self. I emailed about the place and couldn't get straight answer to simple questions...and the second thing that caught my attention was the price of the floorplan kept changing. It would be a NICE place if they actually took their property serious and stop slopping up the units. I couldn't help but notice how door knobs are not all identical...the double doors on the closets are not identical like they just pulled one from the pantry and threw it up hoping I wouldn't notice it. I am hoping that I don't get hurt from the jagged nails sticking out of the in the bathroom. One thing I couldn't help but notice is that they didn't think to replace the toilet seats with new ones. Changing the name is not enough and throwing two types of paint on the wall does not make it a renovated apartment. I know several people that live here and they have the same common issues with the maintenance team. It takes 3 or more visits for them to get things right. If you decide to move here make sure you see your unit before you sign your lease because they will tell you to write all of your issues down only for them to take LIFE to fix or straight out decline your request. The Leasing Office forget that the tenants keep them in their positions and without them they would have a bunch of empty units. Good tenants are hard to come by.
They went out of their way to get my apartment ready for me. Everything was fresh and clean. Management and staff have been wonderful. Thank you.
I have been living here at Aventine for over 4 years and plan to renew my lease in a few months. I have moved several times in the area prior to finally feeling at home here. It is a shock to see some of the reviews listed below. The maintenance staff have always been here when I call for a request and the office staff is amazing. Crystal and Michelle always go out of their way to help each resident feel at home. If there are any issues one of them always will get back to me or keep me informed until it's resolved. I would recommend this place to anyone and even have a friend who moved in here. Besides the wonderful staff the landscaping always looks good and my dog loves having a dog park to run around in. They are constantly updating the community and it always feels and looks great.
Thieves. Scammers. Overpriced. They will take your application fee and decline you without giving a reason even if you have a good background. They will accept section 8, but not good working class people. Also, the office manager, Crystal, is the rudest person I have ever met. Avoid this place like the plague.
Moving to Florida was a very stressful process for my fiance and i. We only had 3 days to find a place to live and the Aventine Apartments were the last place we looked at on the third day of our housing trip. After meeting the staff and seeing the apartment grounds we were extremely impressed with everyone and everything they showed us. They worked with us in every way and made the transaction very easy for us. We have now renewed our lease once now and are about to renew again for a second time in September. I would recommend Aventine Apartments to anyone looking for a safe and fun community to live in.
It's not the cheapest place but you get a fresh, clean and spacious apartment with a balcony. We look west over a canal and see sunsets, boats and storms coming and going from afar. Perfect place for a dog, even large ones. There is an enclosed dog park and a large 1/2 mile of canal bank to let your dog roam free. Pool and clubhouse, volleyball and other amenities are excellent and the management is very responsive. 2 minutes from 95 and convenient to everywhere. Gated, so that it is somewhat safer then others that are not. We encourage you to take a look at Aventine if you are thinking of moving. We love it!
I love my apartment and I love my community! I have a great front office with Michelle and Crystal! My view of the pool is amazing and I have no complaints at all.
I have been living at Aventine of Boynton Beach for almost 2years now. Great location, everything is close by. The community is quiet and safe. Management is friendly, accommodating, and work quickly to resolve whatever problem that you might have. Maintenance guys are nice and honest. I highly recommend this place.
I have lived at Aventine for the past 7 years and it is by far the best apartment community in the area. The office staff is very courteous, friendly and attentive. The community is well maintained and maintenance staff very responsive and prompt. I have lived in many apartment communities before and have never been able to find one I could call home until I came across Aventine. Highly recommended!
