Have been here for six years and have enjoyed every minute. The property is well maintained and the amenities are great. Kelly and Christina are the best. They are always pleasant and helpful if you need anything and always with a smile. Ron and Bobby maintain the property with high standards. They are professional and resolve issues quickly. Location is great. You can’t go wrong if you move here. Well managed property

My husband I lived here for a year before we bought our first house. We are forever grateful for Vero Green and their amazing service and apartments! It was sad to say goodbye to the office & maintenance team because they are so amazing!

We have lived here 5 years. It has been a nice experience. The name really lives up to itself. Even if nature doesn't provide the water for a few days, sprinklers are set up across the perimeter to ensure a "green grass appearance." It always has a deep, green color. There is a friendly, dependable Maintenence team. The staff in the leasing office are warm, kind and personable. In the summer, I visited the pool area to do my water therapy exercises last year and it was a pleasure to exercise in crystal clear water . The premises is very scenic and beautiful, with a small pond (often with pretty, little wildlife frolicking about on it) across from our set of apartments. There is also a long and wide river that runs down the length of the back side of the two apartment groupings, through the middle of them. There is plenty of well-kept palm trees and picturesque shrubbery in the community. Many of the renters like to have plenty of plants around their areas, adding to the "green" and sunny look of the community. Not only this, there are two major grocery stores, a mall, two pharmacies and banks within five minutes of home. Of course, the beach is not far from home too!

When you move in, you sign contracts about keeping your apartment and outside of it clean and not have certain things that not only make it have a bad appearance, but prevent attracting pests. They DO NOT enforce this, so there are trashy exteriors for residents to come home to. If you have a pet- DO NOT EXPECT THEM TO CARE! The grass how now gone almost 2 weeks without being mowed because "it rained"--really?? It's Florida, it will rain. As a result-I've had about 10 bug bites from tall grass keeping bugs, gnats, fleas, etc, and my poor little dog has to hop through the grass-she can't even see.

We have a nice view of the lake and the area we live in is very quiet. he lay out of the apartment is good with the split plan. For two people it's perfect. And we enjoy living upstairs. With the clubhouse there are very nice chairs that are around the pool with a grill. The best part is we are centered between I 95 and the Indian River Mall. So you can be at the beach or mall or on your way to anywhere on I 95. Cathy W Vero Beach FL

My wife called and mentioned this opportunity of free rent and asked me to write about it. A co-worker, Louie, was standing nearby so I told him about it. He asked me which apartment complex; and I gladly told him. He asked about the location. After I told him where we were, I mentioned how close we were to the mall and other restaurants, etc., and work. He asked about the rent. I told him I paid less than $1,000 for a 2 bedroom apartment with a den that could also be used as a third bedroom. I also told him how efficient the apartment is for utilities. I told him a washer / dryer was also included. I told my co-worker about the swimming pool and the fitness center, and about the business center located in the office. I also told him how that, when we signed our third lease, we were given an option of some upgrades to our apartment, and the new ceiling fan in our master bedroom sure is nice. He agreed this sounded like an incredible value. But then I told him about the staff and how they are personable and know us by name. I mentioned how the maintenance crew is always friendly and courteous, even when seeing them around the property. These are the qualities that cannot be quantified with a dollar sign. Then I mentioned that the apartment next to us just happens to be available right now. It sure would be nice to have him as a neighbor. Actually, we're in a win-win. Either my co-worker will come and sign a lease to be my neighbor ~ or you can. We'd love to have you as our neighbor! But if I were you, I'd hurry. Louie sure looked interested and the wheels inside his head were turning and processing all I shared with him. Hmmm ~~~ who's going to get that apartment and enjoy all the perks; you or Louie?

I love living at the Vero Green Apartment complex! The staff is so friendly and always there to help with anything a resident might need. It's a clean, safe environment with a great location in this quaint little town. Beautiful scenery as well as very nice amenities.

Vero Green is a wonderful place to call home! We moved with our 6 year old and our cat. The apartments here are more like condos! Apartment was clean and ready to move in. The ladies who work in the office are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable here. If you need anything they take care of it here! The guys that do general maintenance are very friendly and approachable. Great pool too! The grounds are very well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone! We have been here for a short time and have made friends easily. Nice group of people who live here. Very close to shopping, but a country feel. Easy access to I95. Come check out Vero Green Apartments and be ready to call it home! Your rent includes water, trash too.

I was being transferred to the Vero Beach area and my employer had suggested Vero Green. I wanted to rent a house because I had a large dog and where I live now, dogs are not treated as part of the family so I figured an apartment was out of the questions. From the minute I pulled into Vero Green I noticed how clean it was and people walking their pets around the lake like it was a park! One bigger than mine. The office staff treated me with excellent customer service, the apartment I was shown was just beautiful. I could not apply that day, which greatly disappointed me. There was a 6 week wait list and I needed to move in and start my new job sooner.

Management has said multiple roofs in the community do leak and they have known about it and has not fixed it or attempted to fix. When addressed about the situation from their management company they lie and say they've fixed it when they do not.

After thoroughly researching several developments in Vero Beach, Vero Green had everything I was looking for. Clean and spacious apartments, safe environment, up to date amenities and quiet community at the rate I was looking for. The office and maintenance staff was very responsive and efficient in meeting all my needs and answering all my questions. The location seems like a set back if you like the beach or downtown but the back roads make getting around without traffic pretty quick and easy, not to mention all the shopping, groceries and services within walking distance. I would recommend this development to anyone who is looking for a safe, quiet place to call home.

I stayed at Vero Green on a (7) month lease as I was transitioning into a new job. The facilities, staff and rates were great in fitting my needs. It is a great location and very well maintained. The few concerns or items to which I communicated to maintenance or office staff were addressed professionally and in a very efficient manner. I highly recommend Vero Green to individuals and/or families!!!

I moved to Vero Beach from Seattle, Washington. This was a long distance move all done over the internet! The Staff was great in helping me to make this cross country move. They even helped me before I got there with cable installation and the electric company. The apartment was beautiful, just like on the website. I was so nervous until I walked into the Office and they made me feel so welcomed! It is quite, clean and maintenance is great, I highly recommend!

I have lived in Vero Green for two years and the Staff is excellent! They complete maintenance requests normally the same day and very friendly. The grounds are always kept clean and it is beautiful here.
