We love living here. A little frustrated with the lack of parking and low water pressure, but overall a great place to live. Maintenance is quick and kind. Office staff are also good to work with.
Verge has been a great place to live over the past five years! The staff responds quickly and is always very helpful. The gym and outdoor area are always clean and well kept.
Overall great experience. Issues with limited guest parking spaces but love the location. Decent amenities like the gym. A few times a year they have to shut off water to entire apt for a couple of days so that makes things inconvenient

Love it here! Office and maintenance are friendly and easy to get ahold of. Location is awesome - super close to multiple grocery stores, some restaurants, Excelsior Grande area and beautiful Wolfe Park. Building has awesome views of the city and downtown Minneapolis!

Between the constant water shut off’s and the heating problems during winter this place proves to be a “lipstick on a pig” property. Constantly regretting and shocked to be paying these high rent prices for this living experience here at the Verge apartments.

I have loved my time at the Verge so far. The location is great and it feels like the perfect first apartment for me. The free coffee is a nice bonus and I have really enjoyed those in the community that I have met thus far.

I would leave 0 stars if I could but I don’t think I can. Management does not care about the people that live here or the people who work here. They fumble more than the Vikings in the post season and then tell you it’s your fault. I have and will continue to tell my friends to stay away from the Verge and hope you do too. The only good part of this place is Ortencia who is amazing.

It has only been a few months living at Verge but I have zero complaints! The location is phenomenal and the building is always clean. I’ve seen some new faces in the office, but those I’ve met, have always been courteous and efficient with any of my needs. So far so good!

I love living here! Everyone is so nice and it's definitely a wonderful location! This is a very pet friendly building but it never smells like animals and you wouldn't even be able to tell that pets live here.. they have an Awesome pet of the month and it's always so fun to see all the animals on there. The amenities are pretty cool. The maintence is wonderful! Very friendly, super helpful and never had to wait longer than a full business day to get anything fixed. There's cleaning staff in the building constantly, so it's always so clean. I've not had too many interactions with management but that's also a plus because it just means everything is going great. If you're looking for a place to live, look no further! The verge is a wonderful option for everyone :)

We moved into our apartment with a lot of excitement. However we have not had a good experience so far. Our apartment was very gross when we moved in as well as needing several repairs. The previous renters left trash and belongings, there was hair all over the floor, blood on the bathroom wall. Since we didn’t discover how unclean it was until after all our things were moved in, we spent the first few weeks cleaning all the rooms. We asked management to reimburse us for our first month, all they offered us was to have the apartment cleaned. Which we had already done. Not a great start to living at the Verge.

We love living at the Verge. It is quiet, safe and well kept. Staff are beyond helpful and kind. Great neighborhood. You can walk to almost anything you need. The park behind the building is wonderful.
Great management staff and the room is very nice and up to date. They have good amenities and the location is in a fantastic spot. Can easily walk across to Target to grab anything I would need!
Beautiful building and everything has been great so far. A couple of small maintenance things but all in all the room is great and everything has been going well.

Everything here is set up so nicely and the management is focused, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Many convenient places nearby to shop and the vending machines are great for that random 4 am snack

Living here has been a wonderful experience. I have never lived at an apartment complex so clean and well kept. Neighbors are very friendly and noise levels are kept to a minimum. Also, maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. We had a faulty tank lever in our toilet and a faucet that was experiencing poor pressure and within a day of our request they were out to fix them both! Definitely recommend signing a lease here as soon as there's availability to do so!

Living at the Verge is so convenient for me! Next to a major highway, Target, and within walking distance to Trader Joe's, the library, and biking trails, I can easily get where I need to be within minutes. The facilities are always kept really nice, and the staff is very nice. The only thing missing is a pool!

Great place to live! Management and maintenance are prompt when issues arise. Great area and very nice to have the rec center right behind the building. The walking paths are amazing and it's very close to multiple grocery stores.

Been here for a few weeks and it is pretty nice! The amenities are good and the coffee machine is helpful for that stress free morning cup for grab and go.

Move in was very easy with the large loading dock, some small things need to be fixed in the apartment and maintenance came right away! Front desk staff was very helpful and let us know before hand what all needed to be done for paper work before move it.

Living at Verge Apartments has been a very enjoyable experience thus far. The staff is friendly, it is generally a quiet building, and the residents are very friendly. It is also in a great location, with shops and restaurants very close by.

Verge is a great community with vibrant city life mixed with great outdoor activities. Being close to so many parks and the lakes is amazing. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. Great apartment and place to live!

Great move in process - I reserved the loading dock and it was a very easy move with the carts and the service elevator. Overall the apartment has been great!

Easy move, great response to fix thinks less than 24 hours, beautiful view of the city. Everything has been great and accommodating. Also great location across the street from target and LA fitness

Great environment with low noise and kind people, fun events, great in building gym and underground parking. Trail access to the park behind the building with a Trader Joe’s and target that are extremely walkable. Cute neighborhood!

I toured the place and was interested, they told me I had 24 hours to apply and that if I did, the $250 holding fee and the $50 application fee would waived upon move in. I then called the next day and asked if I decided not to move in, would I still get these fees refunded. I was told that I would get the $250 holding fee back, but after letting them know I would not be moving in, they claimed that by signing the application agreement I would not get any money back if I didn’t move in. Overall I felt pressured and completely mislead in my experience.

Good overall experience. New management is freshening things up. Maintenance is responsive to requests. Noise level generally ok except sometimes on weekend nights.

The Verge Apartments are great! When moving in we pulled into a garage so we were out of the snow and we were able to go directly to the service elevator. The building is quiet, I can’t hear traffic or other people within the building unless I’m near my apartment door. There are always resident events going on! I moved to the cities 3 weeks ago and this is a great location to live, near walking/biking trails, right next to grocery stores and a Target, as well as very easily accessible to downtown.

I just moved in after a life changing transition. Smaller apartment with 8th floor view. The cat loves the windows. The Verge employees are very professional, patient, and helpful.

Generally the community is pretty solid. When issues come up the office is quick to address them. I haven’t had any issues with the complex/ground and have always had extremely friendly and helpful service.
