Verde Vue Apartments

By far the best place I’ve stayed in the USA! I’m absolutely loving my experience here. The community is safe, quiet, and welcoming, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. Ms. Reeder and her team have been so helpful and supportive, always ready to assist with anything. Highly recommend!

The AC units don’t work in the summer and if you put in a service request they will mark it as completed without ever doing anything. They will also flood your apartment and then do absolutely nothing about the mold.

Our move in experience was great Mashika was great getting us through this process. Easy nice quick process. 10/10 would recommend. Convenient to get to every thing our apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

It’s been decent. It’s in a convenient area of town. There are a few things that could be upgraded, but they don’t upgrade unless you move out to another apartment that costs more.

The experience so far has been wonderful. From the front office to the maintenance staff everyone has been an enormous help and have been very attentive to issues when they arise. Couldn’t have asked for a better community to move into

Nice area and spacious living accommodation but things need to be fixed and maintenance will not come fix it. Very quiet neighborhood at night and very close to a lot of things and major road

The staff here have been amazing since we moved in!! Since the day we walked in to do a walk thru to the day we got our keys everything went smooth and we are extremely happy to have moved in!!

Our move in was super easy with the help of Shika! Everything has gone smooth and she’s been there whenever we’ve had questions. She’s the best!

So far very few complaints and the rent has been very reasonable which in todays economy, is a very rare thing to find. If the communication between maintenance and the residents can improve I will be very happy

My apartment has water leaks coming from the upstairs neighbor for about 4mos and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Im so disappointed about it because management said there’s nothing they can do and the walls and ceiling started to sag and has water damage.

I love my townhouse. I been here since 11/2003. Maintenance is slow on unimportant fixtures but important one, they are there quick. I have told alot of my friends, if there looking to move, research Verdue Vue.

Verde Vue encompasses an inspiring community, and has convenient business medium (specialist, grocer, shopping, and restaurant) nearby. Move-in was terrific and the office is professional; and, courteous. Overall appearance being well-kept, and entire experience is amazing.

I love it here. The management team are always helpful, friendly and supportive. I’ve been here for a few years now and I would not change the team that are in place. The office and maintenance management team are the greatest.

This is a great community, Thats kind, friendly and supportive. The property is well-maintained. Activities are many and fun. I enjoy being here

Erica has been wonderful and works super hard to meet the needs of the residents. Only thing that can for sure get better is work orders. I’m very patient but I know they are struggling to get people to be able to get the request done in timely manner.

The ladies that work in the The office are awesome sweet and nice. My 1st time moving in they made sure everything was great and clean for me.

I love my apartment the young ladies that work in the office is very nice and professional they answered all my questions making everything clear

Work orders aren't complete all the time. They come check and maybe handle the problem. I just think the maintenance crew isn't doing their job

I have been here almost a year and I’ve been having issues with maintenance getting things done since day one of move in!!! Parking is also an issue!!! The staff is hit and miss when it comes to kindness and friendliness…NO ONE really communicates with you about issues concerning maintenance!!!

Very nice place wonderful management however communication and meeting punctuality could be better. I was met with a smile and friendliness, but was promised a tour of my own unit two weeks before I moved in and was only able to get a peek the day I signed the lease.

This place is amazing. Has a park and a pool in the complex. Maintenance is great and always working hard. Parking can be a challenge but other than that this place is great

So far so good, everyone does a great job in ensuring the community has a great living experience, they also make sure they are available to their residents always. I’m really appreciative of that.

I’m really enjoying my experience here at Verde Vue so far it’s very peaceful and quiet everyone is friendly staff is amazing upfront in the leasing office also can’t forget about the maintenance crew that works very hard every day to make our place better to live in.

Wonderful neighborhood with a friendly staff would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move soon pet friendly and I never have to worry about the safety of my children

Great place to live. Super spacious, has two rooms, two floors and even has a sunroom which I love. Good place for your plants if you have any

Great square footage for the price. Old but hey, we’re in the south and everything’s old. Good location to shopping, downtown Savannah and easy access to highways and freeway.

We like the area we live in due to it being convenient for our work location. The neighbors are nice. We like the park as well our daughter loves to go there.

Staff is very friendly. I love it here so far haven’t had any problems.i would recommend this to someone who is looking for a fast move in. The process was very smooth and easy.

Check in was smooth. There were minor issues with the townhome, but So far so good. The staff was friendly and customer service was awesome.

My husband and mayor of the community and our puppers have been here since 2018. Location is ideal and there are plenty of restaurants and things to do! The pool is very nice and the doggy park and playground for kids. We love our neighbors!

I always recommend Verde Vue Apt because ....staff is very very helpful responsible maintenance employer...Apts are very comfortable with big spacious

We really like living here. We have no issues with neighbors. Good location and there’s a mini gym, dog park, kids park and a pool which is nice.

Just moved in with my spouse and our littles. So far so good. Our kids love it, I feel it’s a very welcoming neighborhood, easily accessible, spacious units. The office staff is great. Will check back in for a 3 month review.

We just moved in and we love it ! The leasing staff is so friendly and the consoles is amazing !! I’m obessed with the pool and the gym here !

It is an ok place to live we have been here almost two years and only had one vehicle break in only a few issues with maintenance or management other than that it’s an ok place

Awesome, Great, excellent, professional, friendly, and helpful. Made moving easy and less stressful. Will recommend to family and friends. The staff is very knowledgeable and organized.

A little loud with music coming from cars that pass thru the parking lot. And some apartments have music turned up too loud. It’s almost as bad as the planes flying over which we are use too! We love the location it’s central to everything. The pool is very nice in the summer time and there’s a doggy park!

I really enjoy the community. The park is close for our home so we can watch the kids from the window. It’s quiet in our area. The other tenants are very nice. Were also not too far from the grocery store, mall and other stores that are useful.

Verde Vue Apartments is a nice place to live. Every now and then and for the holidays the front office hosts an event that all residents are invited to. I like the fact that they host events.

Nice place to live. There are nice apartments and townhouses that you can live in. There is a pool and gym at the leasing office that you can use when open.

Nice quiet peaceful community. Conveniently located by the mall and a host of restaurants, this is the perfect place to live. I recently moved in and it’s been a pleasure since day one .

Very comfortable. So thankful I applied. The home is beautiful. I get mad everyday I have to leave lol. Leasing office staff is amazing beyond amazing .

I love it here!!!! Especially the management team. Ms. Erica is the best property manager I’ve ever experienced thus far. She is so helpful, respectful and caring towards the residents. Maintenance team is an A1 unit!!!!!!! No complaints about anything in this community. I’d recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I moved in not too long ago and we love it here. All of the staff are so polite and accommodating. They have such a good price point for the amount of space you get. These apartments are probably one of the best places to live in Savannah.
