The apartments are way too expensive for the amenities they provide. The heating system is old and doesn’t work properly and hikes up your electric bill. They have a no opt out trash policy that charges $25 to have your trash taken out from your front door, but they rarely pick out the trash. The trash just sits out for days and eventually you’ll have to throw it out but still pay the service fee every month. I have asked them repeatedly to fix this but the management asks the residents to contact the third party service provider ourselves. There is barely any equipment in gym and they don’t work 90% of the time. They take days to fix it and it’s such a waste. The pool is also sometimes dirty.

I lived here with my family and really enjoyed the place. It was nice and cozy and management and maintenance were both great and very helpful. We would've stayed longer if it weren't for space but the amenities offered were great and easily accessible.

Management is very nice. Angelica and Christopher were the best managers we've experienced in our three years living there. Any issues with the property were resolved right away and the maintenance team was really nice and worked quickly. We only moved out due to space as we are a family with pets but if we had the space we needed, we would have definitely stayed.

They are under new Management and the new management is worse than the previous management. The outdoor lights haven’t worked for over a year and no one cares to get it fixed. So many people have left this place because Alicia (the current Manager) could care less about any of your concerns. It’s in a great location but please don’t do it because you will be so disappointed. When my lease is up, I can’t wait to get out of here! It’s horrible here!

the management got changed. earlier my complaint was that the leasing office was lousy/incompetent. now it is arrogant, nosy and greedy corporate.

I paid an Apartment in Avana Pleasanton at a very cheap and reasonable price. Youll feel comfortably and secured in Living with the community

This is a quiet community to live in: peaceful, cleaning, and have very good lights inside (thanks for the big window in the living room, and moon rooves).

I have lived in this community for several years and my experiences has been and hope will continue to be a happy one. The environment is green and the ground is well taking care of by the management.

I like the community and there is a lot of privacy but dont expect the management team to be much helpful. They dont respond to messages,

This review is just for the leasing office. I called Avana Pleasanton and scheduled an appointment for a self-guided tour. They confirmed that the leasing office is open on Saturdays and I received a confirmation for my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the leasing office at 1:45pm and the leasing office was locked. I waited 15 minutes before calling and the first agent informs me that she would contact the property manager, Tanisha, for my appointment and that someone would be there shortly. 15 minutes goes by and no one arrives at the leasing office. I call again and this time I'm connected with Erin. I inform her of the situation and she tells me she would contact the property manager again and that she would call me back to confirm that the property manager is on their way or if the leasing office was closed. Another 15 minutes pass and I do not receive a call back or anyone arrives at the office. From my guess, it looks like this leasing office is not actually open on the weekends.

Avana Pleasanton is a very nice community. It has a good location and environment. The staff here are very kind and helpful. I love living here.

My Experience with My complex is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure I am ok and not having any issues. Even when I cause them myself. I love living here as the neighbors and neighborhood is exceptional and neighborly. I live it here.

I love living here because it is perfectly located within walking distance to everything you need. This complex has everything needed to live comfortably and the neighborhood and neighbors are great .

I Love living here. I will never move unless they jack the rent up too much and then Ill be forced to move.

This is the worst place ive ever lived in. Nothing works properly. The staff are dishonest and dirty. Nobody cares about the condition we are living in.there is a hole in our ceiling that they refuse to fix. Staff entered my unit without permission and traumatized my cat. I dont know what they did to my cat but he hasnt been the same ever since. Please let us move out. We hate it here

I miss the time at Avana Pleasanton Apartments. There is the best environment here. Have the kindest neighbors. Have the best property management. I am very lucky to know the manager Tanisha. She is a very dedicated and patient and capable manager. She is doing everything she can to help everyone solve all the problems. I still miss dear Valerie very much. She is a very compassionate lady! When I encountered difficulties, her words gave me a lot of encouragement. Those words I will never forget in my life. I wish you all the best. God bless you

Good location & decent amenities.

I Absolutely love living at Avana Pleasanton. It is close to everything a person could ever need or want and all within walking distance. The staff is always professional and courteous and my Dog (Smokey) absolutely LVES Brian & Nick the maintenance Guys! Smokey is injures and he saw them and hobbled in three legs to get over to the other side just to say Hi to them.

Calm and quite circumstances with excellent location, you can find your home here!

I love it here! It is snuggled up in the middle of everything anyone could ever want / need in life!

It's a good experience to live here. They have good common facilities including gym which is easy to accessable

I'm a new tenant here and transplant from Idaho. I had William from Maintenance attend to several things (small# that weren't quite right: shower head, sink stopper, etc). He was courteous, helpful and very patient and took care of everything that I asked. super happy about his service.
