Location, location, location. You cannot go wrong living at Veranda. Great people, great amenities. And a lot of really fun, nice people. The staff is phenomenal and you will love working with them. Ask for Mark…..he’s the best!

We have been at the Veranda since September 2024 and absolutely love it. If you seek to live in the heart of Alpharetta with access to a good school system, I highly recommend it. There is always an event occurring in Avalon. Our apartment is well-appointed, and the team at the Veranda is extremely helpful. Our leasing agent, Justin, was fantastic to work with.

I have lived here less than a month. On the elevator, I like to introduce myself and tell them I just moved in about four weeks ago (or whatever). Inevitably they say “welcome”. ?? I've lived in two apartments at Veranda at Avalon over the past six years, and the experience has been outstanding. The sense of safety here is exceptional, the property is beautifully maintained, and service requests are handled promptly and professionally. The management team consistently goes above and beyond to foster a warm, community-focused atmosphere that truly feels like home.

I have worked within walking distance of Veranda for years and The Avalon has always felt like home. Nice contemporary apartments and amenities package. Easy access to all Avalon has to offer. Lease rates are quite expensive for the square footage you get. Parking garage is tight and not ideal for large vehicles. Cell phone reception is poor. Wish the floors had more sound proofing.

The Veranda staff is the epitome of white glove service. My move in was effortless, thanks to Jake and Eleni. The gym, pool and club room are wonderful perks. There are lots of well organized community events.

The staff was extremely professional and responsive. They personally allowed access for my rental furniture delivery and cable installation. They also provided a solution for mounting my television. Jake and Eleni were the personification of white glove service.

An outstanding community. The building is extremely clean and the management team are wonderful. They continually provide events and activities for the residents on a monthly and weekly basis which we never expected. In addition to the location, the amenities at Veranda our exceptional. We’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years and absolutely love it! The units and common areas are modern and well kept. There are great social events each month to get together with our neighbors. The absolute BEST part of living here is the management team. They built authentic friendships with residents, making every interaction a positive and real joy. Living at Veranda is like being at a vacation resort with your best friends. I highly recommend living here.

This has been an awesome place to live. Super friendly staff - shout out to Kristina and Clement. There are great amenities and the grounds are super well kept. The apartments are very nice and modern and you can’t beat the convenience to the restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Super happy with the Veranda community! Apartment is so nice and I love the area! There are great restaurants and events here. The office staff is always friendly! Kristina helped me pick my place a while back and is always happy to help when I have questions! The maintenance team is great! Veranda is an absolutely fantastic community. The location is super convenient, with shops and restaurants and bars walking distance from your apartment. The staff is incredibly friendly, Kristina gave me an excellent tour of the community. Would definitely recommend scheduling a tour today!

I have lived here for 4 years and love it. The layout of the apartment is perfect and everything is up to date. Clement in the leasing office is wonderful! If you are thinking about moving here ask for him to show you around. He is so nice and always willing to help!

Multiple noise complaints. The power washing for 2 consecutive days during the workday trying to attend on-line meetings. Not sure why they need to Powerwash 2 tennis tables for 30 minutes in a pandemic. Wondering if they are getting paid by the hour. 2 days of Chain-SAW like noise in a row. You would think in the year 2021 they could utilize a non-gas ICE engine to wash a small area that could be done in a lot less time. Or they could do it on the weekend or after 5:00 pm. Asked Management, and no. These people are clueless. We are getting "roof" noise from people running or dropping items at least 2 times a week. The state of art "GE Fridge" sounds like a SpaceX rocket. Please consider other places to live. If not for the pandemic I would be so gone!!!

Beautiful apartment, filthy building. There is generally pet waste in hallways, the elevator, the stair well and the external sidewalks. So much so that it smells a bit like skid row anyplace outside of my apartment. They also refuse to implement needed safety measures for virus safety. They 'suggest' behavior but, of course, no one here takes that suggestion. It is rare to see anyone in the un-ventilated hallways, stairwells and elevators in any type of mask or PPE. They have been unresponsive to requests for meeting with them on safety and absolutely REFUSE to hold tenants accountable for their pet waste.

Have lived in Veranda and Haven for 4 years; the lifestyle at Avalon is contagious

Location is great. Gym is nice. No where near worth the price. I thought the sound proofing would be better was well. Can hear my neighbors every step.

It's a vibrant, clean, and nice community between the staff, residents, and features. Enjoy the live, eat, work lifestyle -- but with even more luxury at Veranda at Avalon.

Our management does best in keeping our facilities clean and safe when it comes to COVID-19. Also, they have safe "happy hours" for families and every life-style, such as ice cream social, wine-martini celebrations, health coaching, contests, etc. Not to mention, you are already inside the mall, so there are outdoor concerts, events, social gatherings - all very safe and super fun! I'm waiting for the guest lounge and office area to finally open because that was the main reason I moved here - they have a really nice lounging area across from the pool and ping pong area to enjoy free cups of coffee, tea, and snaks! I love it here!
