Venu at Galleria

I have lived in this community many years ago and have always loved their attention to detail, customer service and property amenities. The vast amount of floor plans, upgrades and pet friendly community is extremely appealing and you cannot beat the location as far as Roseville goes. Let me just say after a grueling search to find the perfect home and reading many sub par reviews, hands down I decided to come back to Venu. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure my move is a smooth process. The Mgr. has been attentive and accommodating and the maintenance team is stellar! Charles is still with Venu and one of the reason I came back as well...He knows his stuff! If you're looking for the perfect Roseville fit with stellar service, amenities and a safe thriving community... this is the place!

I've been living here for about two years and all the staff from the property management team to the maintenance techs are amazing! I put in service requests for repairs and either Charles or Mike will assist in the process. Charles always calls and gives me updates on the repairs if I am not home and always gets the job done quick and correctly! They are super friendly and make living at the Venu really nice. I also will note that they will go out of their way to fix issues they noticed in your unit :)

I moved in a few weeks ago and the service here has been great. Michael from the maintenance team is always helpful and quick in responding to work orders. I've had a couple requests resolved within one working day now.

When we put in service orders, they are always prompt coming over and fix the issue. Charlie is amazing and does a great job. He is always personable and kind.

Our move-in experience with The Venu was outstanding. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and efficient. The property was clean and well-prepared, and any issues were quickly resolved by the maintenance team. Highly recommend for a stress-free move-in process and great customer service.

I have been at the Venu for several years and any maintenance issue is pretty much resolved same day. Charles is professional, knowledgeable and very efficient and always get the job done right the first time. Highly recommend him and his team.

Very short notice I needed to relocate to Roseville for business. Reached out to multiple properties in the area. As soon as we were in contact with Savannah and team at the Venu, everything come together with no hassles. Professional, quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Maintenance team are friendly, quick to respond, and onsite. Amenities are first class. Highly recommend this property.

It is always difficult booking corporate housing online, but Savanna made it a seamless process. She worked with multi departments within our company to gather the information needed during a short notice move in, her communication and attention to details made working with her a pleasurable experience. thank you again. I've lived at Venu for a little over 3 years now and it's an awesome feeling to know if I have an issue that needs to be addressed, the folks in the Leasing Office and the Maintenance Team will take care of it ASAP! Everyone has been amazing and Charles in particular is always very attentive and easily accessible. His customer service bar is to reach for the stars and he crushes it each time.

Besides being an overall great place to live, Venu has the best maintenance service I’ve ever experienced. Charles is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond every time I need an issue fixed. Everyone I’ve encountered on the maintenance staff (Jim, Mike) are responsive and do everything they can to resolve any issue on the spot. Puts my mind at ease to know in the rare times I do need something addressed, it will get done quickly & thoroughly!

I have lived in 12 apartments in 3 different states in my lifetime and I have never had such an amazing experience as I have had with the Venu. Chelsea was the 1st person we worked with and she was fantastic. We never felt like we were being sold and she seemed very genuine in helping us. Savanna helped us next time. She went above and beyond to help us find our next home. The kindness and care of Chelsea and Savanna never waivered during our entire stay at the property. These two truly made our living experience feel more like a home and a community than anywhere else I've lived. Maintenance was always on point (we only needed them twice for minor things). If they didn't address it the day of, they were there right away in the morning. They truly wanted to resolve any issues asap as they arrive. Mike helped us many times and he was great! So friendly and caring. We never had issues with parking like many nearby properties but we also chose a unit that was next to a large open parking area. Our cars were always safe with plenty of space. The amenities are gorgeous. They really strive to provide that resort like feel. My favorite (like others) was the espresso bar. Wow, it was so good with so many options for syrups, types of milk, toppings, etc. When moving out, you should already be aware of your lease. We read the lease so we knew we had to pay for carpet cleaning (like many properties). We also knew with all the things we hung on the walls, it created holes that needed filled and painted so of course there would be a charge for that. It was very clear and no one should ever be surprised about this. One final mind-blowing experience with the venu, is after our moving out notification was in, literally 5 days before moving out of town, our new place fell through and we would have been homeless if the venu didn't step in. Chelsea, being sweet and caring as always, contacted the manager James and he worked out a solution for us to stay in our unit, even though someone else was suppose to move into it. We were blown away. They saved us and worked with us through the issue. Going above and beyond any expectations we had was what we experienced time and time again at the Venu. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not only for the property and the amenities, but for the people! The local team is the best of the best!

Venu is a fantastic place to live. The staff is welcoming and the surroundings are well-maintained. The community atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend renting here if you are looking for a new home.

This place has lots of perks. Great customer service, the best maintenance crew (Charles always helps us and takes care of things quickly and goes above and beyond), it’s a safe place, clean and people are friendly!

The apartment complex itself is really nice but what sets it apart is the friendliness of everyone. In particular, Charles is amazing, he is incredibly kind and is quick to fix anything. He always makes a point to greet my dog and has treats on standby, he is my dogs favorite person. I’ve renewed my lease once and am planning on renewing again, living here is great. It’s safe, clean, smoke free and any problems that arise are addressed quickly and professionally.

I just renewed my lease and am about to enter my third year at Venu at Galleria. Moving from out of state, I was unsure that I was ready for apartment living. I was impressed with Venu the moment I walked in and things have only got better since which is why I am so happy to renew my lease. The office staff are always so friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are completed the same day and I have met so many great people that I can truly call friends. Thank you Venu team

Beautiful landscape and updated apartments. I toured the Studio Loft which was stunning and spacious. All in all a wonderful experience.

I worked with Savanna and she handled everything perfectly! Easy process to move in and I love my apartment!! Quiet and respectful neighbors too!! I had a couple small issues upon move-in and the maintenance team resolved everything in less that 3 hours of me reporting them. Well done Sequoia!!

I've lived here for about 2 1/2 years now and while it's been a rough experience due to other life events, the staff here has been super understanding and kind the entire way through and worked with us through the pandemic. Steven the property manager is always happy to help wherever there are issues and Charles in maintenance has the magic touch for any in home issues and I'm so happy that I decided on this complex because they've been truly great. The loft studio apartment is awesome and my cat Rosie very much enjoys sitting on the loft wall and staring down at us in the living room. It's a bit on the spendy side but I assure you that it's definitely worth it and who doesn't love having a fancy coffee bar just a few minute walk away? I highly recommend these apartments ??

Very responsive and helpful staff. They really go the extra mile (and then some) to take care of you. The computerized package locker system is so convenient and a huge time saver. Grounds are exceptionally neat and clean and the luxury apartments definitely live up to their name. Highly recommend to any dog owners as well.

I am in my fourth year of living at Venu at Galleria. The staff memebers are all friendly, responsive, helpful and competent. I can't say enough about Scott, Charles and Mike, the maintenance team. Service requests are always handled promptly and expertly. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and appreciated. The complex is well maintained with wonderful landscaping. This makes dog walking a pleasure! All of these things are the reason I choose to live at Venu at Galleria and call it my home.

Team here at Venu has been great. We recently moved into the property and everyone has been very welcoming. Jonathan has been very accommodating and got us everything we needed during our move in. Charles has been especially great. Recently we had to go out of town for a family emergency. He noticed that we had several packages on our front door and promptly called us to ask if we wanted the packages placed inside. This is the level of service you can expect when you move in. Very positive experience so far

Charles and his assistant came in on their day off and fixed my water heater within hours of submitting the service request. My blinds were also broken and he was able to order the part and fix them the next day. I can always count on maintenance being done quickly and professionally.

My and my husband love living here and they have excellent customer service. Very clean environment, you can always find parking spots. Also people living here are friendly and nice, we always say hi to each other. Love living here and will always recommend!

Having recently moved from out of State, the entire office team made my move seamless. They were extremely welcoming from the start and always responded to my endless questions promptly. Jonathan, Steven and Chelsea are so professional and friendly. I love my new apartment. It is spacious, quiet and upgraded. Some of the neighbors have already become good friends. I defiantly made the right move.

I've lived here for about 5 years in two units - the amenities and the property are outstanding, but what really makes this a great place to live is the staff - from front office to maintenance. I see no reason to move elsewhere! Love it here.

After 5 days of House Hunting Rentals, We Fortunately Didn't Give Up & Discovered "Venu at Galleria". We Never Expected to Feel So Comfortable and At Home So Quickly. Jonathan, First Welcomed Us With a Warm Greeting and an Even Warmer Cafe Beverage. We Were Shown Such Luxurious Amenities and Met Stacey & Kim the Manager. We Found a 2 Story New York Penthouse Style Residence Right Here in Roseville! We Will Even Be In Our New Home in Time for Christmas! I Highly Recommend "Venu at Galleria"

Maintenance people I have no problem with. Staff deals with what they feel like. Dealing with vandalism, staff does nothing about it. Called the police twice, staff shows little next to no interest. Didn't receive mail in my mailbox on the property for 3 days, suspected who was doing the vandalism was also stealing mail. You'd think most management would be concerned over a Federal crime, wasn't the case. In the morning I left 'bait' mail and whoever was stealing before stole the bait mail. Informed the staff, guy behind the reception desk said "Ya, well, we'll keep an eye open and let you know." I had to ask "Maybe you want my phone number?" Later I called to complain about the issue again and he told me the management was out that weekend, odd since I thought I WAS dealing with management...You can go to the front desk and ask "Are there any packages for unit XXX" and no one bothers asking for ID. On more than one occasion I was handed someone else's package and could have easily just walked off. Again, no one has ever asked for my ID. Needless to say I'm not impressed with this place.

This complex is really nice, with amazing amenities and easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The grounds are well maintained and really pretty. There is an absurd amount of wasps all over on very hot days. The appliances could be newer and the 2 spare bedrooms in the 3-bedroom flat are very small and they run pretty expensive. Our patio is huge which is really nice. There are things we love and really dislike about it, but would still recommend it to others.
