Llevo màs de un año en este condominium,y me siento muy tranquila y segura,todo en casa ha estado bien,los equipos funcionan perfectamente(lavadora,refrigerador,aire acondicionado)vivo en una segunda planta y realmente se respira la tranquilidad,lo recomendaría,basado en mi experiencia

Muy buen condominio ,estar viviendo en sus apartamentos te hace sentir tu hogar realmente,se lo recomendaría a mis amistades

El peor lugar para vivir todo es una burda mentira te dicen un precio y al final adulteran todo,la atencion del personal es pesimo lo mismo los de la oficina que el de mantenimiento se burlan en la cara de los inquilinos ,rentan a personas sin papeles para que no puedan reclamar nada ,solo te atienden bien al principio ,nada es como en las fotos todo es horrible la habitacion que muestran no tiene nada que ver con las que rentan y las cucarachas ..............NO TE MUDES AQUI

No te muestra aquí aunque sea lo último que tengas que hacer. El personal te trata bien solo a tu llegada. Esta solo reparado para la vista. Todo está engañoso llegas y en los días todo se esra cayendo. El agua la quitan sin avisar todas las semanas. El mantenimiento pésimo. Vivo aquí hace un año y es el mismo tiempo que estoy con goteras en el baño sin solución por más wue pido que me solucionen no vienen. Conclusión. No tengo cuando acabar si sigo contando. No les interesa si tienes niños ni nada simplemente no dan buen servicio.

Por la mala atención del personal, solo te tratan educadamente el primer día, luego no son capaces de atender a los propietarios o dar solución a sus problemas se comportan groseros y con desinterés Es vergonzoso

Do not live here they won’t get rid of the roaches and a Raccoon lives in between the walls rent free. The renovation suck and pootly done. Even if you are desperate please save yourself.

DO NOT rent from these apartments. There’s so much bad to say. Roach, mold and water turned off every week for hours galore! Maintenance never show up, and when they do, they only do “temporary” fixes. Mold grows from the air vents, the water in the bathtub keeps leaking hot water and when they do come and fix it, it’s months later and it’s always a temporary fix. There are roaches everywhere and several neighbors of mine have mice. The water is turned off once or twice a week without notice ahead of time or even at all. When we moved in, they said they had shampooed the carpets, but then we found cat poop in the closets and endless clumps of cat hair when we vacuumed. We had to rent a carpet cleaner and the water came out BLACK. Cabinets and drawers are falling apart and have yet to be fixed. The only reason we are still here three years later is because we haven’t had the $$$ to move. When our lease is up, we are GONE. We are so done with these apartments. As I write this, we have no A/C... I have two babies, it’s been off all day and it’s currently 88 degrees out. Please look into other places to move into.

DONT MOVE HERE !Management is very Poor I've lived here for 2 years and they have a roach infestation . and their Pipes for the water are old the water heater in each building is shared by 4 apartments.. [i know this b/c they told me by we keep getting cold water] the water gets very cold no hot water.. im being very honest when I say don't move here your spending way to Much money for the amount of money you will spending to Live here. this is why we left.

This place has really cleaned up. The maintenance response quickly and the girls really care about making residents happy. You should definitely check it out.

after reading reviews i decided to go take a tour. The office staff were so nice, I felt like I was at home or with friends.the tour went great and I signed a lease a few days later. the clubhouse blew me away. I dont think I will move again. Laura,Melissa,Tara you guys have made my life a little bit better. Thanks for all you do

When i need a work order, they fix it, when I need to talk I can go to the office and they take the time to listen to me, the Resident function's are so much fun, I have never lived in a place that cared so much.

The office and maintenance are great. Very busy and has been doing things for us like pizza and breakfast.

Lived her about 10 years ago and moved because it was getting run down. has changed office staff alot also so no body really knew what was happening. I have a few friends that moved in over the last year and seem to be happy with their apartment and office so I decided to give it another try. Moved back in a few months ago and so far so good.

Its definitely cheaper than living in other parts of the country you know some bugs here and there but they aint making much noise, ill stick around for another year or 2!!

Bugs, seedy residents, club house/gym is NOT available for residents to use. Never has been! Cannot get security issues under control. Amenities residents pay for and not usable. Very misleading website. Should be reported to the Apartment Association and the Health Department!!

had some leaks in my bathroom and had couple bugs problem as well been here almost a year been getting sick and come to find out they didn't put a air filter in here and had an mice in my bedroom and they didn't do anything bout it o had to kill it myself hallways always smells funny but I'm so glad that I'm leaving

I've live here for a few years and the complex has been sold a couple time. The pool wasn't open first couple years. But the bug problem is the worse. Each year they have raised the rent. For what you pay here you can pay some where else and get better.

There's a really bad bug problem. No matter how clean, how much you spray, or how many traps you use, there's roaches bad! You try to call the office about it and they don't come and spray or anything. It's not worth the money you spend on rent. You're better off finding a place better that holds up to their promise of helping you keep the critters away.

My apartments are located on the edge of the South end of louisville-ky. I've been a a resident of derby estates for a few months now. My apartment is cozy with new carpet, counter tops, paint and a host of other amenities. Their building a new pool and gym. That can also be used as a club house for family gatherings, to big to hold in your own apartment. So you know what's on my mind? (POOL PARTY)!!!!!!. But on the other hand I have some leak issues coming from the bathroom ceiling, and maitnance isn't on top of these things the way they should be. So that's why I rated it 3 stars.
