The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Venice Dreams
Do not live here. Management is HORRIBLE, the place is roach infested, maintenance basically slaps a band aid on problems, there’s always something wrong with the plumbing, the washers and dryers are always broken, there’s street parking but people park so poorly and it’s usually a full blown battle to get a spot. Includes one covered spot per unit but if you have more than one car it’s horrible finding parking. Security is bad, the front gate is always broken and random people come in and out. Some of the neighbors are nice but a lot of them are so loud all hours of the night. There was a dog fight a few months ago and the owners were screaming and pointing guns at each other, cops never came. Just don’t do it y’all it’s scary and super overpriced and not worth it. Living here has legitimately been a nightmare.
I currently live here and the management is terrible. In 3 years the management company has changed and the staff including the community manager change seem like every month. You can’t keep up with them you never know who’s in charge. They don’t answer the phone in the office and when u submit a request for maintenance service online nothing, I’ve had them never respond to me. I had to see some walking by my door...and another new face so he was unaware of what was going on. They started on my unit and never completed it. When I say this place is trash I am serious. There is no up keep on the outside or inside. The washers and dryers are never working they are old and out dated. The only good thing is that the units are spacious. There is a roach infestation as well that they have failed to correct. The renovations are ok but you can’t just place paint over everything which is what they do which allows for peeling and cracking. I really can’t think of anything else good so no I don’t recommend this place you will spend a lot of money and will not get the service you should. When I moved in I was told the same thing by one of my neighbors and he was absolutely right! TRASH!!!!!!!
Horrible management. Been trying to get fumigated for roaches for a year now, spending $100 myself trying to get rid of the infestation. I’m over it. Good bye Venice dreams. Your the worst
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I been living here for a year and it’s been horrific. They are infested with Rats and Roaches. The management is terrible. The remodel everything to make it look nice, but in reality it’s a slum. Only positive thing is the neighbors.
Within the first week of moving in our mailbox was broken into and mail was stolen, due to their "secured entry" not working and people prop the gates open. They have security cameras from the 80's that are "for show and we don't want to pay to have them activated". Parking is one spot per apartment, and the parking in the neighborhood is almost non-existent. The newly renovated apartments visibly look nice, but do not function on 40 year old electrical circuits, and the quality of work is horrendous when you actually look at it. The walls are very thin and can hear neighbors and their children watching movies and talking. The neighbors in the building are very nice and welcoming, that is the only positive that we have seen
I have lived in this building for two years and within that time the property management company has changed. They have astronomically increased rent costs without updates to apartments (vacant units were updated but old units still had exorbitant rent increases), allowed laundry facilities to remain broken for months at the a time, increased turnaround time on maintenance, neglected to clean and have allowed tenants to continually leave trash within the hallways. The parking in the neighborhood is terrible and you are only allotted a single spot. There are no enforced quiet hours and quite a few children living in the building who play within the open area of the apartment. When arriving home after 8 it takes anywhere from 30-40 minutes to find a single parking spot. On the bright side the units are large which is great!
